"The lady at the front desk saved us from a very unpleasant situation. One of the main factors in choosing this hotel was that we wanted a hotel with breakfast included; therefore, we searched only for hotels with breakfast. Whereas this hotel OFFERED breakfast, it was not INCLUDED. Once we discovered this error upon going to breakfast, she stepped in and offered a discount which we gladly accepted. This woman was fantastic from check in to check out. Sometimes it is the staff that makes the stay at the hotel memorable. We will definitely remember her kind and professional assistance at this grand hotel and resort. I am sorry I do not remember her name. BTW, the hotel also has a great location in Oro Valley with fantastic views. "

"Place itself is very nice. Not very convenient or kid friendly, and nowhere to walk to, but the deal killer is that the service is through a 3rd party, who then communicates to the apartment complex. Of course, they barely speak English. You either have to download their app and give them your biometric data or they change the key code EVERY DAY and you cannot get into the apartment. Every other working person we encountered hated the online customer service here. They need to fire the 3rd party rental company and start over."

"Phenomenal property, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Stayed here with our family of five plus my parents and it was spacious, and so much fun. Kids spent hours in the pool and hot tub - morning, noon, night. Gorgeous setting and a terrific place to bring family together. Thank you so much!"

"Our stay during the Christmas/New Years break was wonderful. Great weather the whole time (sunny and highs in the low 70s). The house was beautiful and all photos were accurate. Great location in a nice, upscale area—Whole Foods and plenty of good restaurants are right around the corner. Four bedrooms all with comfy beds. Three large, full, modern baths. What sets this home apart are the little touches. Plenty of coffee, sugar, and creamer. Snacks for a couple of days for when the family settled in for movie night. Fully stocked pantry for seasoning evening meals and grilling. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, TP. So many other rentals don’t think about these things or really cheap out on them—this home did it right. All appliances were new and functioning properly. Great pool area with views of the mountains. Overall, just a wonderful, relaxing stay. "
