"Friendly and helpful reception team; Anne and Phillip were very efficient at check-in and able to provide directions to sites and places to eat nearby. Exceptionally clean and spacious room with plenty of electrical outlets. Parking is limited, access-controlled and connected to the property but not guaranteed as it is first-come-first-served. We were able to park on property without any problem. This is a SUPER Super 8 in Dresden… Far above and beyond the standards of Super 8 hotels in the United States. "

"Hotel and room was clean and welcoming, however was disappointed with the beds as the double bed was 2 single mattresses so could feel where the two met, and the pillows were so soft they provided no support, but would probably stay there again if we were to return to Dresden "

"Breakfast menu is big with something for everyone. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is only 12 parking spaces avaliable which is an issue for the hotel of this size. They clean rooms per request but don't refill shampoo and body wash so you have to ask for it."

"The apartment was spacious for my family and we were able to use an elevator to get to the third floor. The signage was confusing, driving into the very central heart of Dresden, but thankfully a man pointed us in the right direction. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any parking available (unlike what the listing led me to believe), but my husband found parking nearby."

"First thing is that this hotel has 2 separate buildings. So choose the first one near the train station as this has the reception. Made the mistake of going to the second one…which was quite confusing and hilarious at the same time… Food: breakfast is roughly cold cuts of meat and very few hot choices which is a letdown. I think this is more of a German thing. Staff: needs to smile more and be more accommodating. I have only at least two staff at the reception who smiled and welcomed me the rest are miserable at reception! Room: generally new and clean. They will only clean it when you request it to be cleaned otherwise it’s more of the environmental impact that they preach. Will I come back? Probably."
