A lively experience from the start. The front office made check in seamless with lots of information about the area and Spa. Room perfect with a spa bath and fantastic river views. Food was delicious with chanterelles in season and good wine recommendations. Club sandwich and cocktails in the bar quality. Hotel spa fantastic. Great breakfast! Egg station, great coffee. Smiles from everyone we encountered. Just perfect.

Perfect spot in Saxony Switzerland

A lively experience from the start. The front office made check in seamless with lots of information about the area and Spa. Room perfect with a spa bath and fantastic river views. I had to work and needed some broadband bandwidth and again everything was handled as best they could including access to the library to work from. Food was delicious with a chanterelles in season and good wine recommendations. Club sandwich and cocktails in the bar quality. Hotel spa fantastic. Great breakfast! Egg station, great coffee. Smiles from everyone we encountered. Just perfect.

Great location and breakfast - okay room

- fantastic to get picked up at the train station by the hotel staff. They were there and waiting for us when our train arrived and helped with the luggage - evening bar had a gentleman playingnthe piano which was very nice. Other bar and staffvservice was just average. - great breakfast with coffee waiting each morning in decent size pots. Foor selection and quality were a great positive. They will even make you a lunch to go for hiking if you request it. - location is pefext for those looking to see the most around the park and to get in great hikes or sights. Plenty of options for bus, boat, or train for gerltting to where you are going. - included entry to the therme (5 minute walk) was unexpexted and we used it several times. - room was a little disappointing. Bed was comfortable; not many towels; no free plugs causing us to unplug a lamp in order to charge devices AND.. no coffee or coffee pot. Felt this was a big letdown for the price and what was expected. Overall a great spot I would not be disappointed to stay on again.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful location

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Take advantage of the Toskana spa, don’t leave it for check out day (it will not be complementary on that day). The room was lovely ( junior suite). Wifi was ok. Breakfast was very good, the buffet dinner was average, but ok for the price. The staff were all very nice and polite. Pool and other wellness amenities were very nice, overall- highly recommended.

Everything was fine. Excellent and friendly service Two suggestions to the manager: 1. This category of hotel usually offers tea/coffee facilities in the room- keep this standard 2.The bed was quite uncomfortable- two single mattresses of poor quality . On a king or queen bed- put a matching mattress not two put together

Es war eine super entspannte Atmosphäre während meines Aufenthalts. Mir wurden beim Check-In alles Infos umfangreich mitgeteilt. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und höflich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Da findet jeder etwas für sich. Auch die Bar hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Nach einem harten Wandertag, war es schön bei einem Drink zu entspannen. Die Barkeeper wissen sehr genau was sie da tun. Alles in Allem bin ich sehr sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl für dieses Hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Leider muss man als Gast alle seine Daten nochmals von Hand in die. Formulare eintragen - wozu werden die vorher digital übermittelt? Man hat eine Reservierung auf meinen Namen, aber noch nicht mal der steht dann im Formular vorgedruckt drin. Das hält auf und ist völlig unnötig. Zimmer ist trotz vorhandener Fahrschüler nur über eine Treppe erreichbar.

Wirklich tolles und schickes Hotel, sauber, Mitarbeiter freundlich, mein Bademantel war noch nass der wurde nach kurzem suchen, obwohl das Housekeeping nicht mehr da war ausgetauscht. Thermen Besuch war inklusive das war auch sehr schön. Frühstück war auch super. Jede Menge Auswahl und frische Omeletts werden zubereitet. Einziger Abzug ist das wir ein Zimmer direkt neben einer Kirche bekommen haben die bis Nachts um 12 Uhr noch gebimmelt hat und um 7 Uhr dann ein halbes Konzert gespielt hat. Da hätte ich mir gewünscht, auch wenn man vielleicht nicht die teuerste Rate bucht und das Haus nicht ausgebucht ist, gerne doch die Zimmer zur Elbseite zuerst vergibt.

Das Hotel ist einfach super. Ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit sehr gutem Service leitet den Tag ein. Sehr gut war der eingedeckt Tisch an meinem Geburtstag. Ein tolles kleines Geschenk bereitete mir viel Freude. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wünschenswert wäre eine Tee- und Kaffeestation auf dem Zimmr, das ansonsten gut ausgestattet ist. Auch das Bad mit 2 Waschbecken ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
