"Had a wonderful stay at The Ronil Hyatt. Staff were awesome and the service was very personalised to our needs. The high quality of service starts at the very top with Jagruti, the Manager of the property. She was warm and incredibly professional. Eze, the restaurant manager is quite simply an amazing human, incredibly warm and helpful with restaurant recommendations. He went out of his way to ensure his wonderful team gave us the best service possible. BK in housekeeping was very attentive to our room needs and Akhilesh, our chauffeur for airport pickup and drop was so good that we also used him for a half day tour. All in all, a fantastic vacation thanks to a wonderful hotel team!"

"The attention to detail and level of service was excellent. The only negative about this place is that some of the guests behaviour is an absolute joke e.g if they want your sun bed, they’ll happily throw your stuff off or even use it as there isnt many there, this isn’t the hotels fault though. The hotel and staff itself are excellent"
