This fully furnished, elegantly appointed Pigeon Forge condominium offers professional design, a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, full-size washer and dryer, large flat screen TV, elegant stone fireplace, free Wi-Fi, private balcony containing mountain and golf course views, Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living/dining area.

Great Condo and location

The entire process was easy and seamless. Brad was fantastic to work with and provided everything we needed. The condo was perfect for my family (2 adults, 2 kids (6, 4), and 2 grand parents) It's a fantastic location for everything in Pigeon Forge. We did Pink Jeep, Dolly Stampede, Dollywood, and The Island, and all were 3-10 minutes away. The amenities at the resort were great as well, our kids loved the Lazy River.

Best in Pigeon Forge

We've stayed in Pigeon Forge several times. This is the best accommodations to date. Excellent location, close to attractions but just far enough away for peace and quiet. Property was very clean and well maintained.

Lovely condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean with lots of room for our family. The grandchildren loved the jumpy pillow, lazy river, and the indoor pool. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were rapid.

Beautiful condo/second stay

This was our second time renting this condo and it was as wonderful as our first. The condo is always clean/fresh. The views are stunning. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfy. The pool/lazy river are fun; the provided beach towels are a great touch. Brad, the owner, is easy to work with (I booked the wrong dates originally and he let me change them no questions/issues). We love this place and plan to make it our annual stopping point.

Tennessee wedding trip

This was the perfect location for us. Short drive to everything. The condo was perfect and so much for our 6 year old grandson to do at the resort. The lazy river was so relaxing. The condos were nice and quiet.

Excellent condo

The views were amazing. The unit was cery clean and well kept. It was an amazing place to stay. The amenities for the little ones are well kept. The walkway along the Little Pigeon River is peaceful, relaxing and georgous. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The pictures dont say enough about this condo.

A very enjoyable stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent, close to Dollywood, restaurants, the Island, etc., yet the river and the golf course provide somewhat of a buffer from the traffic and noise of the town. The accomodations are spacious. It's easy to make yourself at home. We had everything we needed and the place was very clean. We didn't use the spa, but our family enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and lazy river. We would definitely stay at this resort again and with this host.

Smoky Mountains road trip

We took a road trip and this was the last leg of our vacation. The condo was beautiful and it offered plenty of space for our family of 4. The property had everything we needed and wanted. The lazy river and indoor pool were wonderful for our kids and us also. We were close to so many activities but far enough away that traffic and noise were not issues. I highly recommend this property and we hope to come back and visit again!

The property itself was very nice. The condo we stayed in was amazing. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet. The front patio is enclosed and has table so was nice to sit out there. Outdoor patio in back was large w plenty of chairs. Kitchen is well stocked w dishes etc. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others

Great location, accommodations and host

You could not get a better vacation condo. The location of this place is perfect for anything that you would want to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the surrounding areas. Lots to do within the complex itself. While the lazy river was closed during this colder/rainy season, the pool, hot tub, gym and playgrounds were open and well maintained. The lobby had coffee, tea, hot cocoa and cider each evening. The unit was very clean and stocked with most everything that you would need to make meals, wash clothing and have a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony were great too! The host was easy to work with. Would definitely book again!

Spring Break 2024

Check in was easy and quick. Location is great, as it is located a street over from the main drag through Pigeon Forge. Indoor pool area was really nice with clean bathrooms. The lazy river opened the day before we left, so we didn’t get to enjoy it much, but for the day we did we loved it. The water is heated so it was really pleasant. Kids loved the inflatable bouncy pad and the playground as well. The room itself was really clean and the balcony is large. The kitchen was decently stocked to allow for cooking meals. The large jetted tub was also a really nice addition. All in all, we loved the property and would highly recommend it!

Great Condo in the Smokys

Our stay was fantastic. Family of 4 with 2 children 8-10. The condo was perfect in many ways. It felt like a home away from home as you had everything you needed available to you. It was very clean, no issues with anything. You had two great views from each side of the condo which was nice. Having a screened in front porch was definitely something unique and beneficial. The resort was great as well. We were able to have covered parking every day with no issues and the amenities were top notch. A really nice lazy river with plenty of seating and a indoor pool hot tub area that was perfect when the weather didn't agree with being outside swimming. We also took advantage of the fitness area which was big and had a lot of good equipment. We really enjoyed the location. You are within just minutes of anything you want within Pigeon forge, but set back enough away from the main street that had all the traffic. Only took us 15 minutes to get into Gaitlinburg and you are within 30 minutes of a bunch of good hikes in the national park. Overall I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when we come back!
