The Space:

You’ll have the entire cabin to yourselves. This three-bedroom home includes a large loft, a fully equipped kitchen, a private indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub under a covered porch. With smart TVs in every room, a BBQ grill, and a washer/dryer, it’s the perfect home base for your Smoky Mountain getaway.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the indoor pool area, hot tub, driveway, and outdoor spaces. Parking is available for multiple vehicles right on the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet and scenic area near Pigeon Forge, the cabin is just a short drive from Dollywood, local restaurants, unique shops, and countless outdoor attractions. You’ll enjoy the serenity of the mountains while staying close to all the action.



Getting Around:

We recommend driving to make the most of your visit. Cozy Crest is just a 10-minute drive from Pigeon Forge and close to major attractions, grocery stores, and dining options. Free on-site parking is provided.

Please note that pets are not allowed. You’ll find helpful instructions on operating the pool, hot tub, and smart TVs inside the home. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM out of respect for neighboring properties.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the property resulting from you or the guests in your party up to $10,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct. This plan is only available for stays less than 30 nights.
