Great property close to everything. We enjoyed the game table and the clean hot tub! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Great communication with Mona throughout the stay! Highly recommend!
We were looking for a good location to be in the action as we have teens that never stop, and this cabin did not disappoint. Plenty of space, stocked well and centrally located for tons of activities!
We loved this property! Definitely would like to go back. The beds were comfortable. I would not sleep on the sofa bed upstairs as it is too uncomfortable but the queen and king bed are great! I would bring extra towels as there are not enough towels for showering and bathing but there are towels for the jacuzzi. The area is really nice and secluded but close to nearby activities!
We stayed in the cabin with 4 kids. Cabin was clean, a bit older, but everything was good. It is like a duplex, connected to the other cabin. We liked the room downstairs with sleeper sofa and queen bed for kids to sleep there. Arcade games were great! The only thing that we didn't like was a mattress on the sleeper sofa. It was not very comfortable. Hot tub was good. Pool was across from the cabin, water wasn't very clean in it, but it is not owner's fault. We liked how close the cabin was to the center of the Pigeon Forge.
We had a great time on our trip. The kids loved the hot tub inside the house and outside as well. The home was clean and very close to all attractions. We would definitely come back.
Had a great time here. Cabin was very clean and had all the amenities you could want. The kids loved the arcade machine! It's close to everything, yet pretty secluded. Would definitely recommend.
Our stay was great! Cabin was close to the parkway and ballfields we were playing at. Any question we had was answer quickly! Great first experience in Pigeon Forge.
I will say it’s not a very clean place and leave it at that. The management company is aware but let’s see how quickly they get it taken care of. If you have any health issues avoid it. It’s not a single cabin it’s a duplex type cabin. You can hear everything if you are on the main level. I could say so much more but it would be a page long. There are laminate signs on the walls they are tacky. Furniture that needs replaced as it is well beyond its time. Dirty towels that need to be used to maybe clean the place. Maybe that’s what they use and then wash for the guest. I know they will come back with a fake response on here. But I’m telling the truth and have videos and pictures of this place. They did release us out of the stay But the way it was handled was very unprofessional on their end as well Vrbo’s end.
Bedding is very worn.It was ok but wouldn’t stay in this cabin again.Having the wrong door code sent to us the first time is never a good sign. It was resolved in 10 minutes but after a day of traveling not what you want to deal with. The next door cabin said they had the same problem. I have used vrbo a few times and this was the first problem on ch in
Our cabin was a little to be desired. We travel regularly and have stayed in many places but never any place this filthy, we ride rzr and have stayed in the hills of West Virginia and nothing we have stayed in looked as bad as the cabin we just left. We are not wealthy people or snobs just average working people but cleanliness is a must. My husband was ready to leave and demand a refund our first night there but I talked him into letting it go and us clean what we could and deal with it. The carpet was so filthy we would not let our grandbaby on the floor. There is MOLD on the wall in the upstairs bedroom, where my grandbaby slept, I couldn’t believe it when my daughter pointed it out. The sink in the basement, the grill all gross. The bathtub in the basement had mold around it. The floors gross everything just nasty. The love seat upstairs just needs thrown in the trash and it had a blanket over it to try to hide it. Dead bugs in the floor not sure if it was a roach or what. Pictures online are very deceiving so I have attached pictures so you could see just a little of the mess that I saw. Do not stay in this cabin!!
