We recommend having a vehicle on hand!

- Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late check outs. You may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please note that the hot tub and pool takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer parking.

**Please Note: This build is part of a new neighborhood in the heart of Pigeon Forge. There is active construction during the day around the property as new properties are being built, causing noise & other disruptions.

Excellent Stay!

We had over 20ppl that fit comfortably in both cabins. The residence was super clean and smelled super fresh. The host were excellent in responding to all inquiries. The location was perfect!!!! We were minutes away from everything! We did not want to leave. We will definitely be back!!!
