Great Getaway!

Family Weekend

The property was great and plenty big enough for the group of 7 we had. We enjoyed the long deck outside, it was a great view of the mountains. We also liked the proximity to a lot of dining and activities, it was nice to be able to walk to some places but even driving wasn’t bad. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was very spacious for our family of 7. The rooms were all great size and the beds were all comfortable. We had everything we needed. The host replies very quickly and was very accommodating. Will definitely be booking again!

Dollywood

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was close to Dollywood, which was the purpose of our visit. Neighborhood was quiet and just off the main drag. Host was fantastic to work with.

Great property manager and location.

This property is perfect for us. Beds are comfortable. Property manager took care of us promptly with any needs we had. Couple of things need work but for the price didn’t bother us. We will stay again.

Good 3 bedroom in downtown Pigeon Forge

When I drive up I wasn’t impressed with the surroundings. However when we went inside it was clean and as photos show. Location is great as it you could walk and there are plenty of activities within a 10 minute drive.

Overnight Stay

We stayed here for a quick overnight in Pigeon Forge, so we didn’t make use of the kitchen area. There were 5 adults in our group and everyone loved the layout of the condo. It is very roomy and the photos did not do it justice. Everyone slept comfortably and loved the location. We only regret not being able to spend more time here! Plan to stay here again in the future.

Roomy for 6 people

Excellent manager communication, easy instructions to enter the rental, spacious condo for 3 couples. We appreciated being one block from the main road. It was convenient and we were able to avoid traffic for the majority of our stay. Beds were comfortable. Having balconies at front and rear of condo was nice, especially in the evening. It was relatively a quiet location. Thank you for a comfortable place to rest.

Good Value

The property manager, Ruby, was excellent and expedited all our requests. It is in a good location to easily get to all the attractions, but the area is a bit run down. The property is older and needs a lot of attention. However, it was a great value for the spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen.

The condo was pretty clean a few concerns about door lock plates not being in place. (Only wood frame securing front door.) A couple window locks need attention. Other than that a great overnight stop. Convenient location.

Very Satisfied

Everything was very clean, cozy and comfortable! When we first checked in, we noticed some water in the floor of one of the bathrooms so we contacted the host and he was very nice, respectful and very helpful and got someone over to come look at it and clean it up! It wasn’t an issue after that. Even though our stay was only 1 night, we all had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay.

Lighting

Our bedroom did not have enough light. The ceiling fan did not have a light and we were unable to turn the fan on with the switch. We all go back to work on Monday. Very disappointed that the washer and dryer weren’t working. It was clean and roomy other than that.

Riverplace

The place was clean. Every once in a while it needs baseboards cleaned and the closet doors in laundry room needs the top of them cleaned. They were the only thing that was very dusty. Looks like there had been some renovation at point. Dresser and night stands in master suite was new. Still has tags on nightstand. Overall, a very good condo! Big balcony that wraps around. Small balcony off master suite. Convenient location. Quiet. I would stay there again and recommend to others. Small table on balcony needs replaced. Has large hole in it. One of the chairs outside need replaced. Might fall through if you sat down. Just minor things.

Cousin Getaway

The property was comfortable. The rooms were nice and spacious; however there are a few things I’d like to point out. The master bedroom had not been vacuumed or mopped. There were clumps of dust behind the high back chair next to the closet and if it had cleaned the dust would not have been there. The return vent in the hallway was filthy and needed to be cleaned. We were breathing the dust from it. The knobs for hot and cold water in hall bathroom are backwards. One of my cousins took a cold shower because she couldn’t get the water set correctly. Another thing was the on-site person was rude. I went in to ask if we had to check in with her and she said “did you book it with me” and I said No. Her next remark was “then no I can’t help you“, which I thought was very rude and walked out! I was not happy with her at all!
