Hillside Hideaway is a spacious 5 bed/5bath cabin located only one mile off of the parkway providing easy access, yet still tucked away in a secluded area. With a theater room, game room, two private decks and a hot tub, this cabin is sure to provide a fun and comfortable stay for everyone!

- Theater seating on lower level with Large TV

- Game Room with two arcade games (Big Buck Hunter and a multicade), pool table and TV

- Hot tub (6 seats)

- Two private decks with rockers

- Fireplace

- Outdoor charcoal grill

- ROKU TV in each bedroom and shared space (8). TV includes: Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+). Other streaming apps available with guest login

- WiFi

- Hardwood floors throughout

- About 2,600 sq. ft. 4 King beds, 2 bunk beds, 2 pull out couches. Each room has its own bathroom. Linens are included for all beds and pull-out sofas. Towels, washcloths, and basic soaps included in all bathrooms

- Full kitchen stocked with coffee maker (need to provide your own coffee), crock pot, fridge/freezer, blender, mixer, pots/pan, utensils and more

- Washer/Dryer

- Close distance to Dollywood, The Old Mill District, Gatlinburg, and all activities on the Parkway!

- Parking: Driveway is able to hold 3-4 cars depending on the size


GUEST ACCESS:

Check-in details and door code will be sent to you a couple of days prior to your arrival. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin! We are real people with real jobs just like you!


OTHER DETAILS:

- All guests must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed)

- 14 Human Max (Message us before booking if you have more than 14 people and we’ll try to accommodate you)

- No Pets

- We provide a starter pack of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and soap. You may need to buy more. Shampoo/Conditioner not provided

- You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

- We only send maintenance to the property during your stay with extenuating circumstances

- The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- Kids are to be supervised at all times. NO kids outside on the decks without parents

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control

- Condiments, zip locks are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100, plus damages
