This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is within walking distance from the heart of Pigeon Forge! You’ll be less than a mile away from Dollywood, The Island, Leconte Convention Center, and Cal Ripken Baseball Fields. You’ll also be within walking distance of Patriot Park and The Old Mill Restaurant.

The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is only a 10 minute drive!

This spacious home features 2 KING sized beds and 2 Queens. It has a game room with a pool table, foosball table, arcade, and board games! The full kitchen has everything you’ll need for a home cooked meal.

The master bedroom has a KING sized bed, private sitting area with a futon, and a full bathroom with a walk in closet. Bedroom #2 features a KING sized bed, and bedroom #3 has a queen size bed. There is a bathroom located in the hallway between bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #4 has a queen sized bed and is located off of the game room. There is also a futon in the game room.

Great location! And a nicely maintained home.

We have stayed at this property a few times thru the last 4-5 years. It’s a great location and a nice property always clean and in working order.The host is always very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 for a family vacation and this house gave us the perfect location to be close to everything but far enough away to not hear the hustle and bustle. There was everything we needed at the house for dishes, entertainment and plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for our larger group.
