You will love Cozy Bear Condo! It is a 1 bedroom condo which sleeps 4 people. Spacious bedroom has a king size bed along with a jacuzzi tub. The bathroom has a newly remodeled shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for dining in. Flat screen tvs with cable in both the living room and the bedroom.
No pets are allowed due to owners severe allergies. No smoking inside condo (there is a designated smoking gazebo located next to the pool).
Cozy Bear is just off the main Parkway so you can walk to attractions. We think you will love Cozy Bear as much as we do! This is a ground floor unit.
We would love to have you be our guest in our condo!
Easy walking access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The Island, Pirates Voyage, Comedy Barn, Paula Deens and many other poplular attractions are all within a 5-10 minute walk.

NOTE: we do have a Ring doorbell which monitors the outside front door and parking lot only.

THE CONDO WAS CLEAN CLOSE TO EVERYTHING LOTS OF PRIVACY.SO QUIET LOVED IT WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. I WOULD TAKE THE TUB OUT OF THE BEDROOM AND PUT IN WASHER/DRYER.BUT LOVED THE STAY!

Great stay

We had a great stay! The pool was freezing cold but my kids loved it still! It was a decently quiet area, with the exception of the construction going on at the hotel next door. Everything was easy to get to and we had a lovely time!

Great Place!!!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was in walking distance to many of the places we visited. No complaints at all. We would gladly stay there again and recommend this condo to our family and friends.

Great location & cozy!

What a great experience! Location was 10/10 and the condo was very cozy. I am extremely particular about cleanliness and this was the cleanest condo I've ever stayed in. I'm very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend! If I was to change anything, I'd say I wish it had a washer and dryer, but for just a few days it was no big deal.

My wife and I came for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This condo was very neat and clean. The location was perfect for us. Being located at the end of a dead end street makes for low traffic and little noise.

The TV in the bedroom did not work and according to the guest book, it has not worked in a bit. The place was clean. The bed was so hard we considered checking out after lying in it. I knew a refund would have been impossible so we just took ibuprofen each morning. The bottom sheet on the bed had little hard fabric pills on it that made it impossible to lie on without feeling like there were crumbs in the bed so we had to sleep on the top sheet and just cover with the blanket. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and had 4 towels and 3 wash cloths total for the entire stay. We were unimpressed. The check in code given would not work and getting with the property manager was easy and we just used the “master code”.

Close to everything and exceeded expectations!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO condo, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The condo is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Overall, this VRBO condo exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We can't wait to come back!

Location was great. Very quick response to anything we needed. Loved that the pull out couch had extra comfort and thought. Wasnt a ratted mattress, but had 2 extra cushionings.

Car Show weekend

The location is very convenient to all Pigeon Forge attractions. We were in town for the Ford F 100 Grand Nationals at the LeConte Center, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings of the condo. The unit is very clean and has all the necessities in the kitchen. Self Check in was very easy with the keypad door lock for keyless entry. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to visitors to Pigeon Forge.

Great location - Super Clean - Super Responsive Host

Had a wonderful little after Christmas getaway. This condo is amazingly placed in the heart of Pigeon Forge, nearly walking distance to the Island. Super Clean and cozy like home. The host is overly responsive, I couldn't find a TV Remote, she had one Door Dashed with batteries right to the front door on my first night there. Couldn't of been happier, great price, great stay, great host!!! I would 100% stay again on my next trip. Enjoyed having a door code with my check in process, 3:00pm comes my door code worked and I walked right in, un packed and started my trip. Thank you so much, great trip!!

Convenient location

The bed was very comfortable. The unit was small but enough since we weren’t there much. Located close to The Island and shows which was a plus. Bathroom was clean and roomy. The kitchen dishes and supplies could be set up better, very unorganized. No broom to sweep the unit. The loveseat recliner was not working properly, needs some TLC. There was dogs barking alot in the next unit which we never reported but another renter reported and that was resolved quickly. Overall I’d recommend this unit as long as you are just looking for a place to lay your head at night. No view but close to everything. Thank you!

convenient, comfy condo

booked condo for daughter and son-in-law, said the condo was conveniently located, welcoming, comfy bed. Appeared clean however, the bathroom trash was not emptied and pill on floor. Brought to owner attention prior to this review. Owner was kind to allow an hour early check-in however, there was no mention of an additional fee at the time when requested. AFTER requesting cleaning fee refund, was told that the early check-in fee was waived (?) Did not receive any refund. I would NOT recommend staying here only for the fact that I felt a little bit bamboozled by the owner. I know this is my word/facts against hers . . .
