Golf Vista Condo, Dollywood Ln. Pigeon Forge, TN

Great location!

Located across from the Gatlinburg Golf Course (public golf course) and less than a mile from the Parkway. 1366 sq. ft. 2 bed 2 bath condo on 3rd floor, with elevator access. Condo has been updated and was redecorated in March 2021. Golf Vista only has 14 condos in it's complex, which makes for less foot traffic in and out of the complex.

Our condo features a king master bedroom with access to balcony and private in-room Jacuzzi. Private master bath includes large shower and double sinks. Master bedroom is equipped with flat screen cable TV.

Second bedroom features a queen bed. It is also equipped with a flat screen cable TV.

Second bathroom features a shower/jetted standard tub combo.

Living room features a sofa sleeper, large flat screen cable TV, and gas fireplace.

The dining room features a table for 4, in addition to the 4 seats at the bar. Fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities of home. We also have Keurig coffee maker that uses k-cups, as well as a traditional coffee maker.

Laundry room features washer and dryer. All bedding, towels and a starter supply of soaps and paper products are included.

This is a non-smoking and no pets unit.

Amazing and relaxing weekend

The property is everything we hoped for and a whole lot more. We VRBO at least 4 times a year for weeks at a time and this property is one of our favorite properties. The owners were very gracious and the accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The location is one of the best in Pigeon Forge

Perfect place for our family!

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Inside our condo everything was clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, we relaxed in the living room and the recliners were a huge bonus! The kitchen had everything we needed and having a washer/dryer let us come home w clean clothes. It was our first trip but we will be back and hope to stay here again!

The property was clean with an area for barbecuing and relaxing. The condo itself had all the necessities for home cooked meals, if you chose. It also was equipped with washer and dryer if needed. Very nice overall.

Just Perfect.

This property was everything and more that we hoped for. It was so conveniently located to Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge--easy access in and out. The condo was well supplied and had all that was needed to make our stay there run smoothly. Very comfortable and cozy. We especially loved how beautifully it was decorated for the Christmas holidays. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Tennessee.

We loved the unit! The location is perfect and it was easy to park. We were close enough to all the activity, but off the main drag, so no traffic or noise to deal with. We spent our time at Dollywood and dinner in Gaitlinburg. The condo is comfortable furnished and up-to-date. I would definitely rent again when I return.

A real gem!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location that is comfortable and clean from the carpets and upholstery to the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a well stocked kitchen to make meals in. The beds are clean and comfortable. A perfect home away from home. It looks even better than the photos. We hope to rebook next year!

We have stayed at this same condo unit twice now. The first time was a year ago. We enjoyed it so much at that time that we booked it again for our trip this year. This unit is well maintained and has about everything you could possibly need. Very clean.
