Good Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one was not in a Hill, There were Closeby properties so was not quit. There were some construction going on on the outside of the Property so was a bit of inconvenience. Inside was super clean and maintenance was super attentive

Nice weekend away

This home was extremely clean & worked well for our short weekend trip. The owner was extremely helpful & prompt in response to any issues. We were disappointed in the grill area though. It was not maintained at all & very overgrown. We were not comfortable eating at the picnic table because it and the grill area were not clean. Other than that, we had a great experience. Thank you!

Spacious cabin

We all had a good time at the cabin. There was a shortage of serving bowls. There was only 1 lge bowl. Not many forks and even less spoons. 1 of our group found an adult sexual toy on the steps when we arrived and one bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was plenty of pots and pans. Love all the fridge space as well as stove and dishwasher space. Loved the creek everyone enjoyed playing in it. There was an iron burn in carpet in first bedroom on the right. Maybe pickup trash more frequently.

This property overall was very nice. Lil dated inside, but it was also rustic and homey. Loved the little creek in the back. Kids had a lot of fun playing in it. Parking was fine. The fire pit in the back was good however you do need to bring your own chairs. The only downside of this property was that it was a little dirty in some inconspicuous places, but overall it was clean. also, they only had one small barbecue grill on the back deck and when you’re trying to feed as many people as this place can sleep, you really need a second barbecue or a very large one. Gets 4 stars due to cleanliness and bbq.

Christmas trip

Youth Retreat

We brought our teens to Gatlinburg for a retreat and the property fit us perfectly! We were able to feed everyone, everyone had a place to sleep, and there was just enough room for some group games outside. It was close to the attractions we wanted to go to and was very nice accommodations. We did see some bugs but the manager said he would contact their pest control. Would highly recommend.

Rushing Water Lodge

We had an amazing time at this property. It was everything that was promised and then some. Centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions. The house perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipment and yes we needed both fridges and dish washers. We had a bear visit daily (thanks to the neighbors who did not lock their garbage). Overall, it's a great rental that is centrally located.

Perfect family vacation!

Our family is split between Maryland and Louisiana. We wanted a place where we could meet halfway, Gatlinburg seemed like a good fit. This cabin looked like it had the perfect amount of room and a lot of extras. It didn't disappoint. We used it all..the grill, fireplace, game room, large kitchen. We even set up chairs to relax and visit in the creek. We'll definitely consider staying here again.

Rushing Water Lodge Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. I loved the privacy of each bedroom and bath. The pictures are a little misleading. The bedrooms are smaller than they seem in the pictures. We did have some cleanliness issues; behind bathroom doors, blinds, washing machine was really dirty. The kitchen has plenty of place settings of cup, plates, bowls, plenty of butter knives and forks but only about 6 spoons. There are 3 crock pots and 3 or 4 coffee pots, but only 1 med. cookie sheet and 1 small cookie sheet and they are rusty; 1 muffin pan, 1 9X13 glass pan, 1 lg. glass bowl, 1 glass loaf pan, 2 large plastic bowls but that is it for serving pieces. The skillets are in bad shape, there are plenty of them but the coating is really scratched up terribly. I could not believe there is only 1 dishtowel. I am very glad I wrapped many of the dishes and items I took for the kitchen in dishtowels. I was cooking meals for 13+ people 3 times a day and one cup towel is ridiculous for a place that is supposed to house that many people. (We had my son's rehearsal dinner here with 25 people.) I took a folding table and chairs in order to have enough sitting eating space. The screened in porch is very nice. The kitchen is nice with the 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators. The ice makers in the refrigerators makes plenty of ice for your group. If I needed a property like this again, I would be interested in renting it again. We did enjoy our stay and management was really good.

What a beautiful place

We loved everything about this place.it was clean easy parking. Loved the enclosed patio we sat out and talked people around us were perfect. The road in you need to be careful we have a big truck and it very narrowly coming and going. There is so much to do in pigeon forge and gatlinburg The kids loved playing in the very shallow water next to the house and this included the 3 year old. We went to Dollywood and splash Dollywood wonderworks museum, hillybilly golf a blast, Dollywood stampede and comedy barn. We did use the free tickets super people to assist us. We would come back and use these properties great customer service.

Perfect cabin for large family vacation

The king bedrooms are roomy and beds comfortable. The double queen bunk room also roomy and comfortable. Cabin very clean. Great location. The property management is very quick to address any issues. Just be aware that you are in the mountains and cell service/internet can be spotty. Would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good overall. For a large group having 2 refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and coffee pots was a plus. However, there are things I feel future renter's should be aware of before their stay. The cabin is on a well water system so the water smelled like sulfur. Although we were told it was safe the rotten eggs smell was very off-putting so we used bottle water to brush our teeth and for cooking. Also, the mattresses in three of the rooms need replacing. They have big dips on one side, resulting in back pain. Please upgrade the grill. The park size charcoal grill does not work for large groups. Lastly, although the owners may not be able to do anything about it, I just want to mention that the shacks directly across the road are an eyesore. They absolutely ruin the view from the porch of the cabin. Overall decent accomodations.
