Pigeon Forge Spring Break April 19-26

The property is just as described, very homely. The area is very quiet , so you sleep peacefully. The appliances are very clean, especially the fridge. The pool and jacuzzi is a plus for the kids. The house alone is a vacation on itself. Another plus it is closer to most of the attractions. Great location overall, highly recommended

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. We love that while its in a quiet area with some great views its also about 5 minutes from town. Perfect for families!

Our family had the best time at Flip Flop lodge. We highly recommend this cabin. The location is perfect and in a quiet setting. And only a few minutes to everything on the strip. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing to have. All the amenities were perfect for us. Jia was so helpful and very communicative and we would love to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed with 4 kids ranging 8-14 years old. Overall was perfect for that age- the pool was the perfect size for them and they loved the arcade games. The hot tub is secluded and we could watch our kids play in the pool from the hot tub window. Location was great to access all the fun in the area! Nice Place

The house was very clean and comfortable. The only negative was that the air hockey table didn't work great. Not a huge deal, but its one of the reasons we picked the house (our kids love air hockey). Would definitely recommend the house to others!

Great Location, clean cabin, A+ host

Overall we loved this cabin! Tons to do at the cabin including the pool, hot tub (which was very nice!), arcade games and smart TV’s. The cabin was clean upon check in and stocked with fresh towels and clean linens. What really set this stay apart was the owner. The communication was great throughout the process. When we informed them that the coffee maker wasn’t working, they sent a new coffee maker within 4 hours! Truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay.

For the price and previous reviews we thought it was going to be amazing but it just turned out average. The view isn’t great. The living room is very small and cramped for a group of 6. Barely enough toilet paper and paper towels and not even enough soap for every bathroom. Trash bins were full the entire time so we couldn’t even empty trash properly.

Came Back Home!

I was born and raised in the area but left over 25 years ago for the military. Back in town to visit family and this property made the visit even more special. Jia’s communication and description of the property was perfect! The location was absolutely perfect, like a mile or so from the parkway, but you’re definitely away and feel like you’re in the mountains. The cabin was everything described, clean and well laid out. The pool was really cool and bigger than I thought! And of course the hot tub and view were great. Appreciate the stay! Jermey L.

Great Place!

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful cabin. It private, spacious, very clean, and very centrally located. Really appreciated not having neighbors on one side too. The upstairs game area was great Really enjoyed the air hockey table and two arcade games. We made good use of the indoor pool and private hot tub on the lower level. Views were beautiful too. Truly appreciated being able to bring k-cups for use in the combo Keurig/drip coffee machine in the morning. The combo washer/dryer machine was centrally located on the first floor right off the kitchen allowing me to easily do laundry while making breakfast. Highly recommend this house and would definitely return in the future!

Great place convenient to entertainment at pigeon forge.

Overall good experience will the cabin. My family enjoyed the pool in the basement and hot tub while there. We also enjoyed the convenience of being 5 min from the main strip. Only a few minor things would make the stay a little better. Most of the tvs were close to the end of their lives. This is probably not super important to most people, but with small kids it’s a nice way to close in on nap time with our kids. The living room tv was missing the picture. I was a little surprised at the requirement for insurance with the condition of the property. I’m sure this was once in perfect condition but there was flooring that was disconnected in several areas and on the stairs my kids almost tripped multiple times from the flooring that was coming apart. Kids really looked forward to playing the air hockey table but it did not work. Also, we needed up buying a cheap coffee maker because there was only a keurig with no pods or coffee filter pod. Like I said overall we enjoyed our stay and with some minor fixes I would say that it was a perfect place to stay.
