Great Location

This was the perfect location for visiting Pigeon Forge. Right in the center of everything. Clean condo. Washer/dryer was a plus. Super easy access and it is an end unit so it was quiet.

There was pretty much no complaints about the place. It was very clean and in an amazing location. Everything we did was very close to the property. Only downside is that the internet barely worked. Other than that it was amazing.

Great for a shortstay

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and perfect size for our family. Well maintained but vents/walls were a little dusty. As someone who has had to move out of hotels due to allergies I had no problem here. Will save for a possible stay again in the future.

Pigeon Forge Apt short visit

The apartment was very clean during our short visit at Pigeon Forge. The apartment central location makes it very convenient. We will probably use it again in the future.

Was perfect!

The place was nice and clean, and COLD when we walked in. Had everything we needed. Great price and location was great, right behind lazerport fun center we walked there and spent hours riding go carts, lasertag, putt putt and arcades. About a 15 minute drive to Dollywood. VRBO has been acting up, but I eventually got the info for the host and they were really nice, let me know everything was good on their end and answered all my questions. Will definitely look for this place next time we go back

Location, Location!!!

This place to a block off of the strip in Pigeon Forge. You can’t see the strip, but you can walk to it easily. TGI Friday’s is in walking distance as well as one of the breakfast places. The until is small, but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. And I loved having two TV’s. The stove and fridge is apartment size, but again we didn’t cook and only used the fridge for water and soda. We never heard our neighbors, so it’s was very quiet. The property is well lit, so well lit that there was a lot of light that came in the front door and we had to sleep with the bedroom door closed. I have a couple of issues and they are more my personal issues than anything to do with the property. The bed is very low, I am 5ft 1 in and it was low for me. The other issue which I know cannot be solved is the air conditioner vents are at the top of the wall by the ceiling which caused the air to blow in my face at night. I have sinus issues, so it made mornings extra rough for me. Suggestions for the owners : add another rug in the bathroom in front of the vanity; update to a keypad for the lock and add some dish towels in the kitchen. We would stay there again!!!

Very good location with everything you would need within 1-2 mile radius. Room was clean and had small kitchen with what was needed to make some small meals. Cell service was spotty but still worked. Had washer and dryer which was handy to not being home so much dirty laundry.

Very clean, small but nicely equipped and a great use of the space. My daughter (9) slept on the pull out couch and said it was more comfy than her bed at home. We really only stayed long enough to sleep and shower each day but it was clean and well maintained.

Location good. Communication and check in process needs attention. For someone who has trouble with their back, we were unable to sleep in the bed due to the quality of the mattress therefore having to sleep on the pullout couch which was not an ideal situation. Very clean.

The condo was very clean. Great job. However, light bulbs were burnt out, bathroom sink was clogged, kitchen was not equipped for anything. Non-microwaveable plates and bowls, one ice cube tray, no dish cloths, no Kleenex, we had to use a strainer for ice cubes. Definitely an ill-equipped kitchen. Extra towels would be nice. Water pressure was subpar at best.
