  • Welcome to Dean's Den on the River! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom riverfront condo is perfectly situated for your Pigeon Forge adventure. Enjoy the serenity of the Little Pigeon River right off your balcony while being within walking distance to the Parkway and The Island. Features include comfortable King and Queen beds, two private baths and a shared seasonal pool.

This was our first trip to Dollywood and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the view of the river from the balcony and made a couple of meals to enjoy at night in the kitchen. Everyone slept well in the comfy beds too. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

AC worked great, we never changed settings, as for the pool it was covered, but we would not have used it anyway. It was clean, the shower floor looked like it needed a good cleaning but it was probably just stained,didn't keep us from using it. We could not have asked for a better host!

Great stay!

We loved everything about the condo, it met all of our needs. The air circulation wasn't great, due to it being wall units, so I would bring a fan with you. That's the only complaint. Everything else, was great! I had questions about the unit and the owners got back to me promptly.

Vacation time

Great location! Not as the pictures, in a renovation. Dirty, no curtains. we bought some fans. One bedroom has no air. Owner did have someone come and take care of some things. Very nice person and took care of things! When place is up to code we would stay again. Thank you!
