Colonial Crest Condo 112 is a beautifully decorated one level condo located on the first floor. Colonial Crest Condominium Complex is located within two blocks of the Pigeon Forge Parkway and is within walking distance to all the action that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The complex is situated with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park as a backdrop. The complex offer guests a community swimming pool (in season), park-like charcoal grills, picnic table, and a gazebo. Colonial Crest Condo 112 offers guests a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Cable TVs, DVD Player, Gas Fireplace, Jacuzzi, King Bed, and Queen Futon for additional sleeping. During the cooler months, bring in the romance as you gaze into the fireplace in the living room with a queen futon, regular sofa, and a flat screen TV. A DVD player is provided for movie entertainment. Don't forget to bring your laptop. The condo is equipped with WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. This condo has a main level entry (no steps) and is all on one level inside. You can walk to area restaurants and shops or catch the trolley which will take you all around Pigeon Forge and will connect to another trolley that will take you to see the sights and enjoy Gatlinburg. Very nice condo

The condo was in a great location, and was very clean. The only thing I had an issue with was the mattress. It was hard and springy. This was a perfect condo for just me and my son. I would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is perfect and the room had everything we could have needed. Was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of extr bed linens for the futon, as well as plenty of towels for our weekend. Only complaint would be that the walls are paper thin and our neighbor had their tv turned up loud all night long but this is no fault of the owners of our condo and we would stay at this condominium again in the future.

Property was clean check in easy heritage cabin rentals was great to work with even checked on us when we checked in to make sure everything was good. Me and my husband and son stayed and was plenty of room only thing needs is washer and dryer to wash wash cloths and towels and things . Everything worked great . Would definitely recommend close to everything.

Okay but could be better.

Property was okay. It was decorated nicely & appeared clean. Some cons: The inside door handle came off. We fixed it because it kept falling off and was a fire hazard, and emailed the owner. Within 1 day he came to fix it. The property is within walking distance to the store and restaurants. We may not be like most people, but we rented a condo so we had access to a kitchen. We had planned to cook some our meals, make coffee, etc.The condo had a coffee pot, but no coffee filters. Salt & Pepper shakers but no salt or pepper. The walls of the condo were paper thin, we could hear everything neighbors said & did, including the blender at 1 a.m. The condo listed that there was a pool. The pool was not open, this was disappointing being that it was 82°.

We had to call guest services to get help with WiFi password on Friday night. The lady that helped us was awesome! The only thing it lacked was a ceiling fan but that isn't a necessity. Thanks everybody!!
