Summary:
Your suite in the Smokies! This 1 BR cabin is less than a mile from all the attractions of the Pigeon Forge Parkway. You will not find a better location!
Enjoy quick access to all the popular shows, attractions, and eating spots like the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, Old Mill, Titanic Museum, and more! 10 minutes to Dollywood too! In the evenings, decompress from a long day of sightseeing or hiking on your private deck! The cabin has all the essentials for a quick, getaway all year round!

Guest Access:
As our guest, you will be able to access the entire property with the exception of a few areas reserved for house supplies. As part of the Big Bear resort area, you will also have access to common community amenities including the Club House, Exercise Room, Recreation Facilities, Outdoor Swimming Pool (daytime hours), and Indoor Swimming Pool (24/7)!!

Other Things to Note:
Some very basic rules for the house:
- Must be 25 years or older to book
- Max occupancy is 4 (including children)
- NO smoking
- NO drugs
- NO pets (we love them too, but unfortunately they'll have to stay at home)
- Don't steal stuff, don't break stuff - we will find out
- Be respectful of our property and others in the neighborhood

- Check in is at 4:00 pm
- Check out is at 10:00 am
- Quiet hours are 10:00pm-8:00am

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday 9am-9pm via VRBO Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!

I wouldve gave 5 but I didnt like the bumping/noise the guest did that stayed over us/upstairs, the upstairs hottub flooded the porch where we couldnt sit outside on the porch. Everytime we left and came back we had to find another parking spot which i didnt like because we had stuff to carry in.

Cute little place tucked away but still close to all the things.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely stay again for sure.

Amazing Cabin with a Beautiful View!

The stay here was phenomenal! The host was very easy to communicate with and answered every question we threw his way! 10/10 would recommend this beautiful cabin in the Mountains! Definitely will stay here again in the future!

Very disappointed

The property was filthy with mold growing around the tub and stains all over the carpets. The “fireplace” is electric and bangs against the wall every time there is a breeze. Owner did offer to come clean but we were too disgusted to stay.

We needed a last minute overnight stay and this was sutuated just 15 mins from where we had been staying. The cabin is adorable, but it seemed a bit noisy. The unit above us could be heard walking and running across the floor.

Beautiful home!

Property was very clean when we arrived. The view and condo ots self is gorgeous! Host was very helpful and kind. Very quick at answering any questions i sent his way! We will be returning for another vacation and hope to be able to stay here again! Thank you so much for all your help this weekend!

50 Wedding Anniversary

We were looking for a quiet place to stay without all the hustle and bustle, but convenient with a nice view of the mountains. We rented this one bedroom cabin that was tucked just in the right place but just minutes away from restaurants, shows, etc. It was everything that we needed. We had a very pleasant experience. The host checked in to just important details about our stay and to see if everything met our expectations. Thank you Samuel for making our stay memorable while we celebrated 50 together.

Great location and owner very helpful

Love this location - so close to everything but not so noisy. Owner was very friendly and sent emails with helpful info. We did not have any issues that required his help. Only negative for us was the amount of cleaning and other fees - thought that was a bit high.

I thought it was a great property, stay with confidence. The resolution process where I had a question was the lone issue - it involved sending three sets of pictures through the app then e-mail, an unusual step of helping the rep identify the property and then 30 minutes on the phone with VRBO HQ where do not have a full record of what has been rented. Great otherwise. VRBO - get it together as a whole, not just this property.

Bedroom carpet filthy. Never been cleaned. Black mold on shower grout. Stains on sofa. You can hear every footstep, door closing and flush from the unit overhead (415). Won’t be back.

Decent little place to stay.

Needs some flooring updates and minor cleaning mainly tub grout and filters. Needs a working light to see going down staircase at night I think light bulb is likely just needing replaced. Sheets for the pullout couch are needed. Host was super nice and responsive and sent us the things we asked for plus some snacks. Pool and hot tub indoors is currently being fixed July 31,2024. Outdoor pool and hot tub was functional. Overall, I was not disappointed. It met our needs and we were not there much as we were gone exploring and doing things. We cooked spaghetti and found everything we needed to cook and kitchen was clean. Hooks in the bathroom would be a good add.

The location of the property was convenient, and the cabin was clean. However, the description of property did not mention that it was the lower level of a unit. Occupants of the upper level included children running through the cabin very noisily. Also, there was no lighting on the stairs to the lower unit. Communication with the host was extremely limited and the responses sent did not pertain to the questions I asked.
