• Changes to reservations are not accepted after 48 hours of booking

• Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance.

• The Sherwood Forest Resort community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through mid-September (weather permitting), with daily hours from 10 AM to 8 PM.
• Please note that the community pool is managed by the HOA, and any closures or maintenance are outside of our control. That said, we’re committed to keeping you informed and will do our best to notify you promptly if we receive any updates or changes regarding availability.

We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! The cabin was just as it is in the pictures! Communication with the property manager was very easy and they were very quick to communicate back to me. I would highly recommend this cabin and would have no hesitation booking it again!
