▷ Clubhouse
▷ Exercise room
▷ Recreation facilities
▷ Outdoor pool (10 AM - 10 PM)
▷ Indoor pool & hot tub (10 AM - 10 PM)
Parking around Big Bear Resort is generally available, but it can feel a bit tight — kind of like city parking, especially during busier times. Each unit is allowed one parking spot in the lot at the bottom of the hill. The spots aren't assigned, but there's usually enough for everyone staying in the complex.
If you have more than one vehicle, there's "Excess Parking" nearby, plus a few extra spots in front of and behind the condo buildings up the hill. No trailers or motorhomes unless they can fully fit into a standard-sized parking space.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a fantastic blend of convenience, mountain charm, and resort-style amenities. Located within Big Bear Resort, this area is perfect for those looking to enjoy the best of Pigeon Forge while still having a peaceful retreat in the Smoky.

Getting Around:
The drive is easy — just a half mile off the Parkway in a developed area. Unlike remote cabins with steep, winding roads, this location is much more accessible. The only challenge is a steep switchback at the neighborhood entrance, but most cars handle it fine. In icy conditions, it could be tricky until plows have salted the road.

Cabin was a nice place to stay. Was cleaner than others we have stayed in past few years, although carpet areas do need a really good cleaning. The host was quick to respond to any concerns or issues.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The pool table upstairs was a great added bonus, our kids loved it! The location is close to town but still provides you with mountain views where you can see the beautiful sunsets.
These cabins are awesome! This particular one is great for small family or just a couple! Very spacious and was very clean. Host Sam was very responsive with a couple issues. Its location is easy to get in and out and central to everything.

the booking process was easy and the host responded to questions very quickly. The property suited all our needs (party of 4) and was very clean. Would recommend this property.
We booked for a short family trip and absolutely loved this cabin! Super convenient access to all the local hot spots & restaurants. Cabin was very clean and we got plenty of use out of the pool table and hot tub! (Great additions btw) Overall an absolute wonderful time/stay and can’t wait to be back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
10/10, recommend 😊
We enjoyed our stay, especially having a hot tub and a pool table with our cabin. The artist colony was close by, altho several stores were closed during the week.
The place was just as was promised. It was cozy with personal touches that made you feel at home. It was spotless, which I appreciated. It is conveniently located off the main strip. The host Samuel was accessible when we had a question. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy location to everything.
Great place, need to clean rugs and pool tabletop. Needs some minor repairs rotting or missing wood on the outside front and missing fire alarm. Dishwasher not balanced and couches should be replaced. Otherwise, great location and my family enjoyed their time here.
Cking in was hassel free & host Samuel was excellent communicationg prior ou r trip,ck during our stay & on closing out.
Immaculate, ice in the fridge and house was cooled down for the outside heat.
Great experiemce and even jad story to tell about a bear guest attempt!!!!
Clean, homey feeling. Close to alot of attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Only thing we didnt care for which wasnt the owners issues was the cabin we stayed in had 4 units in one. One of the other renters had children that constantly ran up and down the stairs. We also couldn't park in front of the cabin we booked and had to park by the dumpsters and walk over to where we were staying. Next time we will opt for a cabin thats not conected with 3 others.
We had a good time in this cabin at Big Bear Resort. The cabin was nice a clean, ready for our stay. The deck out back has a hot tub which is nice, overlooking toward the north east. If you are looking for absolute quiet don't go during the Slammedenough car show. A lot of constant noise of car zooming back and forth on the lower main road. Carpet could use a good cleaning. Other than that a great place to stay

Girls bday trip 2024
Stayed in this cabin for my daughter's 14th bday celebration weekend. Cabin was nice needed a little minor TLC but over all very nice. The downstairs shower head needed cleaned or the water saver removed as it barely put out any water/pressure but us thick headed girls showered upstairs lol. The downstairs bedroom TV did not work so after a few minutes I restarted the firestick and got it working fine. Carpet needed a good shampoo but other than that we enjoyed our time. Parking was tight and took a few trips in/out to get the hang of the one way and how to get in the spaces without your car getting hit.

Christmas Trip
This cabin was mostly as described. It is a joined cabin and the other occupants were a bit noisy at times but it was tolerable inside. It overlooks an auto parts store and the main highway is very visible from the back porch. I reached out to the property owner on two separate occasions through VRBO, and through a number VRBO provided me with to get ahold of him and was unable to ever get a response and VRBO stated they had no response either. The cabin was overall clean but the carpet in certain areas is very stained/could use replaced. Hot tub was nice and seemed clean. Kitchen well stocked. Reasonable priced cabin and is convenient to Pigeon Forge.
Overall the property was beautiful and Samuel was great to work with. He gave me options on good places to run and hike. First time down in Pigeon Forge and we all had an amazing time. Traffic was crazy but to be expected with Spring Break.
Location super close to the Island in Pigeon Forge and only around 10 minute drive to most of the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. Quick 20 minute drive, if no traffic to Gatlinburg which is full of tons of family friendly area and locations, including Ripleys.
Overall had an amazing time and would consider this location on future trips to the area. Only i would say is when there the main pool was down for a few days and for some reason they pick up garbage VERY early in the am. Both of these are nothing that can be controlled by the property and were minor issues for my family with all the activities we had booked.
