Waterfront home on the Little Pigeon River but just half mile from the Parkway. Come hear the birds and enjoy the rocking chairs and private hot tub. Fish for trout even from your deck. We offer a BBQ Grill, Picnic Table and large covered parking for up to 4 cars.

Charming gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and leather furniture. Enjoy Two large king master bedrooms both with their own direct bathroom access. Oversized indoor jetted tub.

Cable, HBO, DVD, Net Flix and board games.

Come see why we fell in love with this home and it's easy half mile distance to the Parkway. Easy drive even with winter snow.

We include linens, towels and starter supplies of bath soap, paper towels, dw soap, dish soap and tp. Just bring your own shampoo and laundry soap if needed.

If the home is booked we have other homes with 2 king suites or larger just half mile from this one.

The balcony over the river, in my opinion, was the best part. Mostly shady and very pleasant most of the day (we were there in July). The beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay…situated on the river and in a peaceful neighborhood was exactly what we needed. It was nice to be close to the local restaurants and attractions as well. Our host were very accommodating as we had some hiccups in our travels plans at the last minute. They were able to work with me on our schedule so we could still enjoy our stay.

We only spent 1 night and it was a great night sleep. The hot tub was a hit. The kids loved playing in the creek. It was close to everything. Great location!

Absolutely great place to stay. Very clean, and nicely decorated. Most outstanding feature is the deck next to the river, very relaxing. Convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. I hope to stay there again.

Perfect Quiet Location

You would never know how close to the strip you really are from this quaint house. It was in the perfect location near everything. We were so pleased. It was more than enough room for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I have nothing bad to say about this wonderful river house we stayed in for 5 nights. The decor in each room was spot on for Pigeon Forge. We were cozy and comfortable. We had fun with the arcade games. My Siberian Husky also enjoyed her stay! Personally, I loved the view and the sound of the Little Pigeon River. We will definitely come back. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home.

Girls cabin getaway

5 stars!I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was incredibly clean, easy to find, and had the most gorgeous view of the water right behind it. The hot tub was a perfect touch—especially in such a peaceful setting. It felt tucked away and private, yet still super close to everything in town. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
