Dear Guest Thank you for your review. We appreciate every feedback and are always available to resolve any issues immediately. A quick glance of our previous reviews and ratings attest to the veracity of who we are what we stand for. Unfortunately one of the 3 AC units gave in during this extreme heatwave. The tech took care of the issue and the AC was back up and running within 24 hours. Unfortunately a Raccoon family chose our chimney to make their home. The fireplace glass enclosure prevented it from ever entering the home. Although it took a couple of days trying different humane ways to get them to leave, she and her offspring finally left and are safe. We apologize for the noise and inconvenience. These were two unfortunate events that we had no control over. The dryer was tested and runs just fine. The other items were addressed. We requested to talk to Nicole (the person who booked the property) directly to discuss an appropriate solution. Regretfully she never contacted us. As we said all feedback is welcome. We learn from it. We hope everyone arrived home safe, and we wish you a wonderful rest of the summer. Best wishes. Karolina and Carlos
