The property was not clean to include the refrigerator, floors, everything was dusty, the master bath shower leaked all over the floor. Most of the lights flickered or turned off randomly by themselves. The beds were not comfortable. We stay at whispering pines all the time and this was not the typical experience.

I've stayed in multiple condos at this facility. They are honestly not the most updated or fancy. However, they are always clean from my experience and the location makes it extremely easy to visit the more popular attractions such as Dollywood or Gatlinburg or just about anywhere on the strip. Do remember that the outdoor pool does not open until summer but they have a second one.As for working with this particular property, I can say that the check-in process was extremely easy. The property manager was the easiest to contact that I have ever worked with. No machines or AI or anything like that. Just a number to a real person who answers borderline immediately. We had an issue with the code to get in the door. I believe my text was answered within 30 seconds...... You can't beat that. We had a wonderful stay.
