"This is a lovely apart suite hotel near the beach between towns of viareggio and forte dei Marni- the rooms are lovely and it has very nice common areas and gardens and a lovely roof terrace. V clean and good quality sheets and towels. It has a heated indoor pool and tennis and padel courts too- all complimentary -and free use of the hotel bikes if you want to get into either town. "

Gym it’s not good very inconvenient limited equipment and extremely small also it’s a spa gym so it’s used for personal training and no ac so if you need to use the gym it’s not good . "

They have aided me with friendly enthusiasm in a couple of problems outside their scope to which I am very grateful. The accommodation large, modern and clean. There is an excellent courtyard with numerous sitting options for relaxing outside. Definitely recommend this hotel I will likely be back here in a year. "
