"Great boutique hotel near the Pompeii site with a good winery and amazing horses"

"The location is very nice: a ten minute walk from the Amphitheater entrance to the site of Pompeii and two minutes from the plaza in front of the Sanctuary. It's less touristy than the area directly beside the archaeological site with some great restaurants an easy walk away. The room had a balcony, comfortable bed and a large (for Italy) shower. The staff was extremely pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"My wife had always wanted to visit the Archaeological Park of Pompeii and we linked this into our trip to Rome for a six Nations Rugby Match. I found this hotel on the website and was impressed by the reviews it had received. I'm glad to say they all proved to be accurate as this was a great hotel to stay at. The first stand out was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Check in was painless and efficient and we were given a small map of the town showing some of the better restaurants to visit along with the closest entrance to the Park. Our room was clean and nicely decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. The next morning after a good breakfast we were offered and accepted a lift to the park by one of the staff who also pointed out some of the other attractions modern Pompeii had to offer. Really happy to recommend this hotel to you. "

"Room was large but bare. Just a couple of chairs besides the bed made the space not flexible to use as a true ‘suite’. Heat hard to control. Had a big whirlpool tub, but small spigot meant it took a long time to fill. Room clean; housekeeping does a nice job. Desk staff friendliness mixed."
