The Stella Maris residence is a very central and comfortable structure, located directly on its private beach which is included, a stone's throw from the historic center and at the beginning of the Pietra Ligure seaside promenade.
It has a reception with a living room, wi-fi area, lifts, laundry, and an ironing room.
The 40 apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, telephone, safe, satellite TV, microwave, some with frontal or lateral sea view (with supplement).

• Final cleaning , excluding kitchenette, €50.00 for studio apartments, €60.00 for two-room apartments.
• Final cleaning, excluding kitchenette for 3-night stays, €30.00 for studio apartments, €40.00 for two-room apartments.
• Final cleaning in the period 01/10/23 to 06/01/24 : €10.00 for studio apartments, €20.00 for two-room apartments.
