"Room shower would not get hot enough even after being told to run the water for 10 minutes. I had to shower in a friend's room. Room service never came. Pool was packed all the time. However, they did comp another meal we had. Staff was very nice and accommodating especially the cleaning staff."

"En général c’est propre. C’est au niveau de l’odeur de la chambre qui laisse à désirer. On dirait que c’est le tapis ou les rideaux que ne sentaient pas bon. Sinon l’accueil et le lieu, rien à dire, c’était très bien."
