Location, location, location. Welcoming people and clean room, but the wow factor is the roof view of the entire area. It’s nearly as high as the bell tower and really makes the visit. Would 1000% return

We are finishing a two week tour of Italy and Pienza was our favorite by far. Our stay here was incredible. The owners are very sweet and accommodating and there is no better view of Pienza than the rooftop terrace of this hotel which allows you to easily see the entire town. The reviews mentioning the parking, walk, and stairs are accurate. If you are disabled many accommodations in the heart of Pienza will be difficult due to traffic restrictions and the historic preservation of its buildings. There is a bit of a walk and stairs to climb, but it is well worth the priceless view! You wont want to skip by this gem of a stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a good-sized bedroom attached to a private bathroom. Our window had a charming view over the rooftops of Pienza. Our hosts, Carlos and his wife, were very friendly and helpful. We were able to arrange transportation to the Chiusi train station with Carlos at the end of our stay. The property was clean and charming and is on a lovely winding street in old Pienza. My only caution is that for people with physical disabilities there are two long flights of stairs to the B&B.

Excelente localização, na rua principal de Pienza, dentro da parte histórica. Carlos nos recebeu pessoalmente, com muita atenção, explicou tudo sobre o quarto, deu opções de escolha de quartos. O local está em reforma, mas não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia. Reformas são sempre bem vindas, e demonstra o apego do proprietário ao negócio. Cama excelente, travesseiros e lençóis ótimos, proporcionando uma boa noite de sono. O local tem um terraço, no último andar do prédio. Vista espetacular, de tirar o fôlego. Enfim, uma hospedagem praticamente familiar, com um proprietário atencioso, dedicado ao seu negócio. Prefiro hospedagens assim às grandes redes.

オーナーが親切で、安心して泊まれます。外扉、中扉、部屋の鍵、と３つ預かるため、いつでも好きな時に出掛けられて便利。早朝から散歩に行くのでこれは良かった。部屋は広く、かわいい部屋だった。屋上からの景色が素晴らしい。晴れていれば一日中いても良いくらい。

Beb posizionato al centro ma dato che Pienza è piccolina tutti gli Hotels, beb è affitta camere hanno il vantaggio di essere al centro, forse per loro l’unica nota positiva poteva essere questa. Per il resto : una soffitta piccola e caldissima con il bagno posizionato da un’altra parte, la pulizia scarsa, il servizio colazione pessimo. Parlando con il titolare viene fuori che la Colpa è di Hotels.com che ha voluto affittare a tutti i costi la stanza e che il loro ricavato è bassissimo. Di fatto nn la consiglio è il mio giudizio è negativo in tutto.

Well Priced Stay With Amazing Rooftop Views

Nice accommodation at a reasonable price. Lovely hosts. Good breakfast.... with delicious homemade pastries, cakes. Be aware that it requires three flights of stairs to reach the guest house and walking from the closest point permitted only to drop off bags which was a couple blocks from the hotel entrance. Must find your own parking in a public parking lot that allows overnight parking. In our case it was probably a half mile away but a fairly flat picturesque walk overlooking the valley d'oro so it was a nice walk. Staying here is not for the faint of heart but it will be rewarded by kind and considerate hosts with access to the rooftop with Uber fantastic 360 degree views of the city and Tuscan countryside.

Милый отельчик в самом центре. Провели 2 дня. Главное достоинство - это крохотная, но идеальная Пьенца и окрестности долины Валь д Орча - всё в шаговой доступности. После шумной, тесной и душной Сиены - настоящий рай для неспешного отдыха. Из всех городков Тосканы, Пьенца - лучшее что я видел )

Beautiful terrace view, in the heart of pienza. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room and facilities were wonderful. No elevator so not accessible for diasibilities and rough to carry luggage up.
