Our stay was unfortunately disappointing due to several issues we experienced. My parents had to get their room key reprogrammed almost every night because their door wouldn’t unlock properly. They also encountered problems with the elevator during our stay. One night, we woke up to find there was no running water, and the lights in our room kept flickering — which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, I’d like to address an interaction regarding the pet fee. I understand and fully respect that the hotel has a pet policy and related fees. However, the manner in which it was brought to our attention was unnecessarily indirect and unprofessional. A polite and straightforward explanation would have been much more appropriate. We were in town for a family member’s one-year memorial, having driven in from Dallas, and intended to update our dog’s vaccination paperwork promptly. Lastly, if the hotel expects guests with pets to follow certain cleanliness standards, it would be helpful to provide a designated area for pets. Suggesting that I bring my own area for my dog was unnecessary and inappropriate. Overall, while we appreciate the location and purpose of our visit, the repeated inconveniences and lack of professionalism from certain staff members left a negative impression on our stay.

We went for a couple days and it was a pleasant stay . The lady that assisted us at check in was outstanding. We saw her late when we got in and she was there in the morning looking very refreshed I asked her if she was the same lady from the evening prior she smiled and said "its me". I am terrible with names and unfortunately i can't think of her name but kudos to her. Great stay will definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing, everyone, receptionist, kitchen, cleaning. About the cleaning, I don’t think they can do more, the type of construction itself keeps the smell, it doesn’t matter how much the clean if the don’t have a deodorizing service/system.

Great enclosed parking. Felt super safe. Hotel was clean and smelled smelled clean. Room was well kept. Modern and simple. No extra fuss. My only complaint is that the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. So if you’re staying with people and go potty, be aware the whole room might smell 😅. AMAZING BREAKFAST BUFFET! Food was excellent. 10/10. Everything was made fresh. Even the beans. Overall great safe hotel at a reasonable price.

Like most of the areas here mentioned. People were polite and premises were safe and clean. Basic hotel but has everything you need to spend the night. What I did not like was Wi-Fi extremely limited in rooms, only seem to work ok at reception area. Breakfast very limited, especially the items that were better (Eggs and beans) the people in charge would just provide food for 3-4 people and would wait a few minutes before replenishing those items with the same amount. If the breakfast is something they advertise as being included in the rate, why would they skimp on it. be very careful when you reserve at this location. I had two reservations made. One for 1 night which I paid in advance and other reservation for 2 nights to be paid at the property. Both reservations were confirmed by Expedia. When I try to check in for the reservation that was not prepaid, they stated my reservation had been cancel! I show the reservation number and the confirmation email, and the manager continued stating that she did not have my reservation on file, and they had some other reservation cancel fitting mine. She went and stated, they did had rooms available, and I thank her and asked to just replace what I had reserved in the first place, and she stated she would do it, but my rate would be different! Instead of paying the $55.00 per night rate I had with my reservation that I did not cancel, she offered a $85.00 rate per night. It seems very suspicious that reservations cancel themselves.
