"Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "

"We loved this hotel, wonderful staff, lovely room, great breakfast, gorgeous gardens and pool. only issue for room #104 is it is noisy, particularly if you have door or window open. We received a nice gesture of champagne upon arrival which may have been in anticipation of room location challenges. In the morning you can hear furniture moving above. But we were only here one night so was fine. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great location in Sorento. Clean room but kind of kitschy- lots of local ceramic in the room. Great breakfast; great terase/lemon tree garden. Staff was quite inhospitable - unusual for our experience in Italy. Also, we have asked for a room upgrade as Expedia VIP - they have told us that they don’t have any rooms available although the hotel was almost empty. We have tried two white wines at the bar on the first floor - both very bad quality. "

"We spent 4 nights at the Grand Hotel Due Golfi and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nicely kept up with very nice ammenities. The hotel staff is excellent, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The only drawback with the hotel is that the location is not walkable to Sorrento (but they do provide free shuttle service multiple times a day - so as long as your schedule fits with the shuttle all is good) or restaurants. "
