Sand in sheets when we checked in. TV did not work for 2 of 3 days. Front Desk failed to fix until we made a final demand

We love this hotel! Very chilled out property, great room service menu and awesome staff. We thought the pool side rooms would be too loud because of the constant activity on the pool deck, but they were great and made us use the facilities even more. We'll be back!
