"Hotels.com advised of free parking and of the City Tax On arrival, I was told the the City Tax was €7.50 and that parking was €8.50. The room was cool, there was no soap in the shower , and the water was luke warm. Apart from that the location was very convenient for the train to Venice"

"I'm asking refund for the booking on 6/15. Our train arrived late that day, but I sent the message repeatedly earlier asking for instructions to get the key. There was no single response. When we arrived in the midnight, with neighbors help, got in the gate, found the building, got in the entrance, in the room box there was no key at all. Called the owner many times, there was no response. We have to find somewhere else to stay that time!"

"Room was clean. Bathroom needs some updating, but was accommodating. Room was comfy and air conditioned. Tv came with lots of apps: Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc. The bus to Venice was very close and easy to navigate. Make sure to contact the host via WhatsApp!"
