"We had a fabulous night and couple of days at Dimora Cottenera. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are designed to perfection and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Our suite had an incredible cave shower and outdoor bath. Breakfast is second to none with freshly cooked egg dishes and an array of homemade cakes and pastries along with fantastic coffee! The unmatched views of Mount Etna and the surrounding vineyards make it extra special. Highly recommend a tour of the vineyard too...

"This winery-accommodation was simply magical. We had a friendly check in. After dinner, we returned to have a wine tasting. We bought some wine and sipped it by the pool as we watched the sunset. In the morning, we watched the sunrise over the vineyard. It was breath taking! Excellent service and experience. "

"Gorgeous property located 30 minutes from the base of mount Etna. The rooms are beautiful and well decorated. Gorgeous views. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a lovely time here and only wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended. We will be back! "

"A small hotel on Mt Etna. Two brothers manage the family property and they are both great. The chef (Mateo) serves up delicious dinners. You should know that it is an hour or so from any village. It is about 25 minutes from the main area at the top of Etna and close to amazing country (Etna’s slopes are like nothing I have ever seen). So a wonderful little hotel. Highly recommend it. "

"This property was a great find for exploring Mount Etna. The room was basic but clean and soon soon felt like home after emptying your suitcase! Travelling with two teenage boys, we had a quadruple room and a view of Mount Etna from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner on the roof top terrace and the food was excellent! We stayed for three nights and also ate at another excellent pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. Parking is limited but we always found a space opposite the hotel. This hotel is a great base for exploring Mount Etna. "
