"We stayed for 3 nights during the Bronte Pistachio Festival, and the staff could not have been more considerate. Marvellous food and service, luxury rooms, great surroundings, we highly recommend it."
"The owner is giving a personnalized service, he is there for the customer, we feel it is natural and not forced or overacted.
The hotel is really close from the volcano but unfortunately really far from the cities"
"This is an AgriTourismo establishment built around a working vineyard. The accommodation is sited uphill from the main establishment (500m above sea level) and has in front of it a lap pool ranging from ankle-deep to 2m, there is a ramp enabling less able clients to access the pool easily. "Excellent stay hosted by Davide and Federico. Will never forget staying next to the fire with an excellent bottle of wine from their own vineyard. Hope to visit again in the future"
"Nice place. Fabulous views from our balcony. Not far from Mount Etna sight seeing area. Good restaurant in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner."

Villa Neri Resort & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"An incredible stay at Villa Neri for my wife and I. The room was large (Deluxe) and had one of the best bathrooms I had ever seen. The food at the Hotel is easily the best I have had at a hotel and deserving of a Michelin star. We were also very big fans of the hotel cats and their kittens and enjoyed seeing them treated well by staff. Only small points of feedback - the hotel sometimes felt understaffed, particularly at the pool bar during the day. The only other thing was the dated entertainment system in the room which you might expect to be a bit more modern for a hotel of this calibre. Otherwise a brilliant hotel all around. "
"Stylishly and comfortably appointed, this gem of a stay had a quiet sophistication and world-class service excellence. The view off the pool overlooking one of the extinct volcanoes of centuries past was breathtaking. Every bit of landscaping was manicured beautifully. An invitation to instant relaxation! The in-house restaurant offered a simple but excellent menu for dinner. "
