Nice Hotel with good breakfast

The hotel is very good, the breakfast was super good and they offered a possibility of a shared transfer from Naples, what was very useful, although the communication related to the pick up spot was not super clear, but could manage. Importante note this hotel is located in Piano Di Sorrento, not actually in Sorrento, is possible to get a train to Sorrento, around 15 min Walt to the station from the hotel, the hotel is good and I recommend to who wants to have a fair price and good experience

Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful view from the dining room. 15 minute walk to the centre of Piano di Sorrento where there were 5 or 6 good pizza restaurants. 10 minute walk to the train station for Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculanium, Naples. Great boat trip from just below the hotel to Amalfi and Positano, bookable at the hotel.

Great hotell near Sorrento senter

We chose to stay at this hotel, which is located about 10 minutes by train (two stops) from Piano di Sorrento train station, and approximately a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is situated right by the sea, high up on a cliff, offering panoramic views. It’s also close to the harbor where boats depart for Capri and other destinations. The staff was helpful in booking a ferry to Capri for us and provided great information about things to do in the area. The hotel was clean, pleasant, and had friendly and service-minded staff. Breakfast was good, and they offered gluten-free options. The view from the breakfast area was phenomenal. We were lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade from a garden view to a sea view, which we truly appreciated. For us, the beds were a bit firm, but the room we received was clean, fresh, smelled nice, and felt modern. We recommend staying here, as we were very pleased with our stay. We loved our stay as it was a quiet location away from the crowds of the coast. Sorrento was 2 train stops away. The train station is not too far away, but if you have a lot of luggage it may present a problem as there are no buses and you have to book an Uber 24 hrs prior. The staff were amazing, especially Angela. They were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean, beds a bit hard, but that because I like mine soft. The breakfasts were lovely with adequate variety. Not many shops as such but a few restaurants on the waterfront. You can also catch a boat to the Amalfi or Capri here. Better than going into Sorrento and trying to navigate the train, lifts and boat then back again. It can be organised at the hotel. Love our stay from the crowds. Would definitely book again. Not a touristy place but rather a place away from the crowds.

Amazing service!

The staff working in this hotel is absolutely amazing! The view is breathtaking. The room was tidy and cleaned daily. Breakfast was really tasty (with the view!). We were well cared for, and all service staff were so great! I will never forget that stay! Thank you all!

Overprized hotel 6km outside Sorrento

Hotel was located 6km outside Sorrento, not surrounded near any restaurants or shops. To access the hotel & reception you have to walk 5 flights of stairs up which was annoying. The rooms were low quality & some lady in the reception told us we couldnt bring food or snacks into the room. Over all, over priced hotel considered it had no freshness, lack of working elevator & was not near any restaurants/shops.

Achamos o hotel incrível, a vista é simplesmente sensacional. Descobrimos depois que é possível ir a Capri a partir do porto que tem a frente do Hotel, com barcos saindo as 8 e as 9. O elevador de acesso é pequeno e a recepção é no quinto andar, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a experiência.

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia no Cosmomare. Passamos um fim de semana na cidade e nos atraiu muito um lugar com vista para o mar a preço mais acessível que em Sorrento. Os preços também são mais baratos para comer. Em um dos dias fomos caminhando até Sorrento, pois o nosso passeio de Capri saía de lá, cerca de 40, 50 minutos de caminhada, o que é muito bom para ir conhecendo o local. O quarto é antigo, mas é bem confortável e a sacada é bem pequenininha, mas é suficiente para ver um por do sol simplesmente incrível! O atendimento da recepcionista Angela é impecável, nos deu um mapa com todas as instruções necessárias, além de indicações de vários restaurantes.

Nossa estadia foi incrível, a vista do quarto é maravilhosa. Escolhemos exatamente por causa dessa vista. A sacada era uma delícia, tirando que os outros hóspedes fumantes usavam a deles tbm, mas tirando isso era incrível. O quarto estava muito confortável, tv com acesso a streaming, com frigobar que adoramos, poder ter nossas bebidas. Banheiro muito bom, ducha excelente, com uma pressão muito boa. Café da manhã, nos adoramos. Para os padrões italianos achamos que se aproxima muito dos nossos aqui do Brasil, tinha frutas, ovos, pão, croissant e muitas delícias.
