"This is a lovely hotel, easily reached by the free public transportation accessed with booking a room. Very helpful and friendly staff, two pools, comfortable, clean rooms. When my grandson forgot his backpack in a Migros store in the center of town, the reception called the store for me in Italian, and discovered it was being held in Lost and Found. Grazie bene!"

"Stayed four nights with my 14-year old daughter. Amazing hotel in a picturesque location. Lots to do on and off property. Pool, spa, boat rides on the lake and exploring the islands. Great restaurants. Incredible staff who were always friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10."

"Great location. We arrived by train and it was a quick funicular trip down from the station and the hotel is right there. Rooms are small but they have everything you need. The staff are super helpful and we even received blocks of Swiss chocolate on arrival, which was a nice touch."

"The resort as a whole was excellent. We loved the restaurants and the pool. The staff was wonderful! Very clean! We surged for a penthouse to enjoy the stars with the ceiling shades that retract but sadly less than half of them worked. Other than that it’s was a great stay!"
