"Three story building. EXTREMELY STEEP STAIRS. No lift / elevator. No proper handrails. Just thin rusty 1 inch rebar that was not secured very well to the wall. The stairs were so steep it was like climbing a ladder. After I dragged my luggage up to the third floor, all I could think about was: IF ..."
