The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a cozy place to relax after a day out. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any requests. The location is excellent, just a one-minute walk to Khem Beach, which made it very convenient to enjoy the beach at any time of the day. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great choice for anyone looking to stay close to the beach.

Nice small/ medium sized hotel, within 5 min walk from the beach and with nice inclusions : airport pick-up / return in private vehicle, good breakfast selection, bicycles also option to rent scooter directly from hotel. The staff was really helpful and allowed to do an early check-in. We had a wonderful stay at JM boutique hotel and probably the best for value hotel we got in Vietnam :-)

Fantastic pearl close to the beach.

This small hotel was nothing short of fantastic. Everything looks and feels brand new. Rooms are small, but very comfortable. We spent four nights with attentive and friendly staff,free beach towels, and the most scrumptious breakfast buffet yet. If we could award a 6th star we would.

Nobody speak English. Room suppose view to the town view it’s facing building wall. Noise. Cheap breakfast. Poor restaurant.Wrong menu.Sold a small beer 4-time more expensive than a restaurant??? And more and more…..
Restaurant too expensive I order two plates me and my wife I received one and when she finishes eating I ask for my plate it’s not order yet so I ask for addition. For spa I suppose have 20% off I go to the street myself and I have 30%. For Kayak

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Boutique Hotel. Zimmer sind geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der wunderschöne Sandstrand (wirklich einer der schönsten der Insel), ist zu Fuß zwei Minuten entfernt. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist ungefähr mit anderen Hotels der selben Preisklasse in Vietnam vergleichbar. Durch den kleinen Frühstücksbereich, indem das Essen angerichtet wird, kommt es das Öfteren zu etwas Gedränge. Auch braucht das Personal teilweise einige Zeit, bis die leeren Sachen wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt und gerne wieder.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo!! L'hotel é davvero stupendo... e la posizione é perfetta, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (che tra l'altro é forse la spiaggia piu bella di phu quoc). Le proprietarie sono carine e anche una cagnolona stupenda che se ti piacciono gli animali ti fará molta compagnia. Camera bellissima e silenziosa! Colazione non ne parliamo, davvero strepitosa, ogni giorno. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto (che do come consiglio) il fatto che il personale in reception non parla benissimo in inglese può essere un problema. Perché spesso può risultare scortese quando magari non ci si riesce a capire e danno delle risposte un po cosi, non proprio carine. Diciamo in italia abbiamo un'accoglienza e cortesia diversa verso l'ospite che in generale non ho visto in vietnam, anche per vendere i proprio prodotti, non fanno sconti né nulla, quello è. Non hanno margine ecco. Per il resto davvero bell'hotel, spero di ritornare presto!

Guter Standort für den Süden auch ohne Transportmittel zu erkunden weil es einen Gratisbus nach Sunset Town gibt. Khem Beach ist ein wunderschöner Strand vor der Haustür. Der Ort ist etwas künstlich aber hat potenzial. Das Hotel ist schön und originell. Wir fanden das Zimmer etwas dunkel und hatte komische unpraktische dinge wie Steine am Boden. Eine Glastür für die Toiletten ist unserer Meinung nicht ideal. Wegen den Verbindungstüren hört man die Nachbarn sehr gut und wir hatten zwei Verbindungstüren… Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und das Team auch. Wir würden wieder buchen aber der Preis finden etwas zu hoch für Vietnam.
