A nice hotel with friendly staff

Very friendly staff. The rooms are quite big and the beds are very comfortable. Located near restaurants and a very good vegetarian restaurant. The beach is within a walking distance (about 10 min.) I walked to the night market as well, and that took about 20-30 min. The hotel area is quite peaceful because it's not on the mainroad. There is a small construction site nearby but it did not bother me as it was not that noisy. There are construction sites everywhere in the island so don't be surprised to have one in your neighbour. The pool is very nice with a lovely atmosphere in the night when they light up taverns by the pool. The breakfast was ok, not many vegetarian options. Restaurant's staff very friendly, too. The wifi did not work very well in my room but worked perfectly in the pool and restaurant area.

Ha inte kontrakt med hotellet

Stället är skitigt och vanskött. Borde inte erbjuda som alternativ för turister. Första rummet luktade starkt av mögel. Så vi blev erbjudna ett annat rum. Det rummet hade en trasig AC så att en av dagarna höll de på att byta AC under en stor del av dagen. Duschen var trasig, det var smutsigt under sängar och i hörn, dörren glappade så det var otroliga mängder mygg i rummet. En padda lyckades ta sig in under dörrarna, så stort var glappet. Så näe, det var en väldigt trist hotellupplevelse.

Familjärt hotell i "lantlig miljö",nära centrum

Mycket trevligt hotell i en unik "lantlig" miljö. Hotellet befinner sig lite utanför navet av Duong dong, vilket är skönt med tanke på decibelen inne i centrum. Det enda oljud som förekommer är tupparna som galer. Mycket trevlig hotellpersonal som gör allt för att förgylla vistelsen. Engelskakunskaperna är inte på topp vilket kan ställa till det lite då och då, med tanke på att alla bara svarar ja på allt, utan att veta vad man pratar om. Exteriören är fulländad. Rent och fint. Pool i lummig och välordnad miljö. Dock var rummen inte lika pedantisk skötta. Damm och smuts förekom. Mögel på toaletterna. Safety boxarna fungerade inte. Detta påpekades flertalet gånger. Varje gång fick vi ok på att de skulle ordnas, men så blev det inte. Frukostpersonalen var mycket vänlig. Dock var frukosten inte något att "hänga i granen". Alla varmrätter var iskalla. Äggen var överkokta. Avslutningsvis vill jag ändå ge hotellet goda recensioner med tanke på att de bra sakerna vägde över de dåliga.

I can only say it was average. Reception and staff helpful. They just weren't ready for the beginning of the season. There were problems but they were sorted out very quickly so we saw an improvement and think it will continue. There is some work that needs attention round the pool area. Ok for a couple of days

Peaceful

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days . My room was perfect (spacious ,good bed , clean). The staff was kind and helpful. It’s a 2 minute walk from the Main Street which was great.

A l'arrivée, la piscine n'était pas disponible. Malentendu au niveau de l'accueil qui refuse de nous donner une chambre. En fait, comme tous les services n'étaient pas disponibles, l'hôtel proposait de nous rembourser et nous faire un nouveau tarif correspondant aux services disponibles. Refus catégorique de notre part, Intervention d'Expédia depuis la France et finalement, nous avons obtenu une chambre. Comme la piscine n'était pas disponible, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial, en nous offrant un dîner dans un restaurant très huppé de l'île. C'est un geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Undvik, definitivt inte bra!

Vi valde detta hotell delvis utifrån betyg på hotels.com. Hur Hoi An kunnat få så högt snittbetyg är för mig en gåta. Vi hade bokat sex nätter men checkade ut efter tre... Rummen är slitna och smutsiga. Städningen är under all kritik. Poolen använde vi inte eftersom den var sjukt smutsig och inte alls inbjudande. Frukosten var inte heller den speciellt bra. Två av tre kvällar var vattnet avstängt. Personalen ska ha en eloge för att de var trevliga och försökte, även om de inte nådde hela vägen fram. Problemet är att de inte pratar engelska utan använder google translate för översättning. Finns inte på kartan att vi skulle välja detta ställe igen. Aldrig.

Bel Hôtel à 5 minutes de la plage

J'ai séjourné six nuits dans cet Hôtel Les chambres sont très belles et spacieuses, belle salle de bain et l'ensemble est très propre..Il es dommage que la chambre immense soit éclairée par une seule lampe économie d'énergie glissée dans une lanterne en rotin qui fait que l'on y voit rien et il n'y aucune lampe de chevet. Il est dommage aussi que la piscine soit laissée à l'abandon, pleine d"eau verte et qui contraste négativement avec la beauté du lieu. Dommage aussi que la nuit il ne soit pas interdit d'aller s'installer aux tables du petit déjeuner car certains soirs des bandes rient et crient jusqu'à 3 heures du matin.Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées ce qui fait l'hôtel est assez bruyant en général. Par contre l'hôtel est situé dans une zone calme. Le petit déjeuner buffet à volonté est excellent.

Billederne kan snyde. Ikke så renlig.

Udefra så hotellet meget godt ud. Generelt var værelset OK. Dog lugtede vores værelse af mug .. og det var svært at sove pga larmerende vietnameser der råbte af deres børn eller lign. Der var 2-3 kakerlakker så vi følte os nødsaget til at finkæmme alle hjørner og huller for at se hvor disse kom fra. Morgenbuffet var god ! Og service var også i højsædet. Minus var bare værelset :(

Ruhiges putziges Resort...

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Nach ca 400 Metern erreicht man die Hauptstraße mit einigen Restaurants. Bis zum Meer und den guten Restaurants läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Mit dem Roller geht's natürlich schneller. :-) Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck. Allerdings müsste hier und da mal etwas nachgebessert werden. Die Liegen und Schirme am Pool haben die besten Zeiten bereits hinter sich. Auch der Teppich im Gym sollte wenigstens mal gesäubert werden. Die Zimmer waren in einem guten Zustand. Grundsätzlich hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen. Der Pool war sauber, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr kompetent und das Housekeeping macht einen super Job. Der Gym ist super ausgestattet. Der Laundry Service war preisgünstig und zuverlässig. Einen Minuspunkt müssen wir leider an das Servicepersonal vergeben. Es gibt eine Speisekarte für Mittagsgerichte. Leider ist diese Karte nur nach Lust und Laune des Personals aktuell. Wir konnten nur an einem von fünf Tagen im Resort essen. Gerade bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad möchte man mittags nicht unbedingt zum nächsten Restaurant laufen. Man kommt sich schon etwas veralbert vor wenn man ständig abgewiesen wird und das Personal fröhlich Mittag isst. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen. Einfacher Standard und ruhig gelegen. Ruhe lernt man in Vietnam sehr schnell schätzen. Uns hat's gefallen.

最满意的是早餐，前台有一个会说中国话的不错，离海滩边步行有一段路，大概要走10分钟，酒店走出来的马路上晚上很热闹，各种各样吃的不错！就是蚊子多了点

Kaunis keidas ja ihana uima-allas

Itse Hoi An on kuin keidas, kaunis alue ja ihana uima-allas. Aamupala ok. Huonosti toimiva wifi. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, mutta kaikki ei puhu englantia. Järjestivät meille meriretken ja kaikki toimi hyvin. Isoimpana miinuksena on sijainti, kävely rannalle noin 10-15 minuuttia, ranta on lähellä, mutta kaikkialta ei pääse sinne. Vilkkaasti liikennöity tie pitää ylittää. Kylä ei ole kovin siisti, kovasti muovia ja roskia tienvarsilla. Pitää melkein vuokrata skootteri että tuolla pääsee liikkumaan.

Resort mang kiến trúc Hội An, nhỏ xinh và thân thiện với thiên nhiên. Tiện nghi vừa đủ. Năm rất gần Dinh Cậu, chợ đêm Phú Quốc. Nhân viên khá thân thiện.

Good value for money in quiet street

We enjoyed three nights at this new resort hotel. It's smaller which is nice and is up a quiet lane so you can get a good nights sleep and be only 15 minutes walk from the action. Winston Burger Bar, Rory's, the beach all within 15 minutes walk. Lovely pool and staff are also great.

Good basic resort with a pool

We stayed here 5 nights over christmas. There is a problem with there booking system so if you want a twin or a double room you need to make it super clear and email the reaort. All the rooms are the same standard so dont pay more for a upgraded room. The pool was cleaned daily but there was a shortage of deck chairs. Beach is a 10min walk away. Taxis are super easy and cheap. Breakfast was a Asian style buffet so if you dont want soup or fried seafood rice your stuck with plain toast and fruit. There are plenty of breakfast places on the street if you want something more western. Still being built but it wasnt noisy or annoying during ourstay.
