"I recently stayed at Novotel Danang Premier Han River and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location in the city center is very convenient, with many restaurants, cafes, and bars all within walking distance. While it’s not directly on the beach, the coastline is only about a 10–15 minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy both the city and the beach areas. One of the highlights of the property is the rooftop lounge, which has a stylish atmosphere and attracts a lively crowd in the evenings. The views are excellent and the ambiance is definitely worth experiencing, although I found the drinks to be fairly average and somewhat overpriced compared to the many great options elsewhere in Da Nang. The breakfast buffet was truly enormous and offered an impressive variety of choices. Whether you prefer Western breakfast staples, Vietnamese dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, or made-to-order items, there was something for everyone. The breakfast staff in particular stood out for being exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming every morning. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, though they are beginning to show their age in some areas and could benefit from a refresh and more detailed upkeep. Overall, the hotel offers strong value thanks to its central location, excellent staff, and expansive amenities. I would happily stay again, especially for travelers looking to be in the heart of Da Nang rather than directly on the beach."

"Don’t go if u don’t want to it to ruin every other vacation u will take in the future, you will never experience another experience greater and you will get treated so well you will be spoiled, everywhere else will feel less than perfect, this place and banyan tree is beyond top notch for service and general hospitality. I had nothing but great experiences here from the room, service, activities and food, everything is of the highest quality and perfection. From pickup from the airport to drop off I was treated with the highest care, thanks to the team there and location best place I have experienced "

"The photographs of TIA on the website does do justice to the ambiance, serenity and hospitality that envelopes the reality of the TIA experience. We had a fabulous time. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the resort was very clean in every way, quiet, serene, the light reflecting on the surface of the pools in the morning was magical. The staff including manager Mike (Quan), Japanese interpreter Trang, spa therapists Uyen & Nhung, the buffet hospitality team, the cleaning crew, just everyone went over and beyond anything we have experienced. We miss them already. We cannot wait to go back..."
