Downtown Phoenix Hotel
The floor was in bad shape. The bathroom door didn't even close. The shower had stains. The sink didn't drain. No toilet paper other than what was on the roll which was only a half of a roll, so we had to get more toilet paper. No Kleenex so you had to use your limited toilet paper. No closet just ...

LivAway Suites Phoenix-Tolleson
I checked in via the automated check in device at the front door. I had completed the precheck in so I didn't expect to have to go through the process again, that was surprising. We were also given an ADA room which also surprised me.
