This resort does not recognize which room was booked through Expedia and they blame Expedia. I booked a 2 queen room, they said I booked a king. Even after I showed them they said they were completely booked, and then told me how to fit 3 adults in a king with 1 person's feet at the headboard.
Drink service at the pool is non-existant. You need to find the outside phone to call and then wait a while for service.
Read all the fine print on the stuff they give you. We didn't realize we could get a free appetizer until the next morning, they wouldn't comp the one we had paid for.
Price seemed a little high for the amenities with the support of a casino. But pretty location, away from city, nice mountain view, casino was nonsmoking which is great, staff except for cashier at The Market were friendly age very helpful..
Very nice, we did not get to take advantage of the amenities due to our late check in but everything looked great! Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Next time we will book an extra night to enjoy the full experience.
I would have given higher overall score, but the beds were terrible, I mean, really bad. What a bummer to have such a nice facility, great staff, nice rooms and then have low quality mattresses. The one thing that will prevent me from booking overnight again. Maybe this feedback will be used to buy better mattresses...
Overall, we liked this property. The room was very nice. They said the pool was heated, but it was way too cold for us. Bingo was fun, but the sessions are too long for me. Splitting it into two sessions would be more to my liking. The Marketplace was a great place to grab a quick bite, with plenty of selection. The place where we got our free breakfast in the atrium was fairly good, except I was disappointed with one of my meals. Nobody seemed to care enough to rectify the situation.
We love that the resort is smoke free and the room was comfortable. We had difficulty at check in due to having 2 prior reservations that were cancelled 2-4 weeks earlier for different reasons & they still showed active in their system but not on hotels.com so they used the wrong one & tried to charge us again & not honor the free breakfast. It was finally resolved after 20 mins of stressing out. Also, their gambling machines are wound up tight. Everytime we have played there we lose $ nonstop. Also had to call security at the pool for a crazy chic who appeared to be “on something” and bugging everyone there. They took too long and she finally left.
This casino is so clean and nice. From the room to the machines. Great hospitality and employees are so friendly. They will do what it takes to make the stay perfect.
