Between 5 - 15 minutes to: Mill Ave, Diablo Stadium (Anaheim Angels Spring Training), Sky Harbor Airport, The Phoenix Zoo, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Downtown Gilbert, Downtown Chandler, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, Top Golf, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale's Entertainment District, Old Town Scottsdale's Shopping District, Downtown Phoenix and so much more.

There are two units on the property and you have full access to your unit and the properties yard and amenities. The other unit is completely secluded with a private entrance and do not have access to any anything other than their unit. The house is keyless entry and the front door code will be given to you upon arrival.

The property has contactless Self Check-in and I will be available for emergencies.

This short-term rental is located roughly 2 miles south of ASU's main campus in Tempe. The home sits perfectly on a corner lot offering guests a massive backyard that has been completely renovated for a resort like feel with tons of privacy.

There is free on-site parking if you have your own car, however Uber and Lyft is all that is needed. You will be anywhere and everywhere you want to be within just 5 - 15 minutes due to this rentals central location. * Pool and Spa Heating Fee *
If wanted, there will be an additional charge of $40/day to cover the costs to heat the pool. This will typically allow guests to swim comfortably between March and October. The pool and spa will typically get 20 degrees warmer than the outside air during the colder months.

* Pet Fee *
There will be an additional charge of $100 per animal for any and all pets (Excluding Service Animals). Please be advised that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* Duplex *
There are two units on the property and you have full access to your unit and the properties yard and amenities. The other unit does NOT have access to the yard or pool. You should not have to interact with other guests at any point during your stay.
