Family and I loved it!!
Everyone felt comfortable from my Grandmother to my younger brother (14yrs). This was our first time using a HomeAway home we didn’t know what to expect. Home had everything we needed and some. Photos don’t do it justice we would recommend this property to our friends and family. Thanks again HomeAway and most importantly Thank You Nikolai Izotov

Property owners were very helpful and available. House was conveniently located
The house was adequate and functional. The drain in one shower clogged up, but the owners were immediately available to fix it. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics that you would need and some extras like coffee and a nice selection of tea. The yard was all dirt, and not grass as it appeared in the photographs, it was astro turf, so although there was a BBQ grill available, we did not use it.

The home was clean, had the basic needs. The neighborhood was questionable.
I don’t believe due to the area I would recommend this location. Home was clean, host was very responsive to any questions, coffee, toiletries were provided. I just can’t get past the neighborhood and surrounding area.

Old home in not so nice neighborhood
Home was clean but was an old house just painted. Backyard was terrible and all the post notes around the house was just weird. I was surprised that VRBO approved this home. I will say that the owner was very pleasant with emails and it was clean. Just would not stay here again nor recommend it. Plus on top of the rental fee they charged another $100 for cleaning deposit and we don’t get it back!? Too expensive for what you get.

We charge cleaning fee which is not a deposit and is not refundable. It is not a hidden fee and you can clearly see it at the time of booking. We have a few notes around the house to help get orientated around the house faster, which most people find very helpful. Thank you that you left house clean but we still need to do our cleaning service to make sure that the house is ready for next guests.

Quiet Neighborhood Housing
Nik and Lana were great host and hostess. Most important part they kept in communication, encourage any questions and offer to make our stay more comfortable. Respond quickly to text and emails. Clean and spacious house. All the amenities of an hotel and more.

Very Nice!
We enjoyed staying here. Lana and Nick were great hosts and checked to make sure everything was going well. Everything was new--including appliances, bathrooms, curtains and furniture. Only problem was the landscaping was in a state of transition and this made the back yard not as pleasant as it could be. Other than that, everything was great! We would stay there again.
