Located on the 13th hole of Sunland Village Golf Club, this snowbird hideaway is in a quiet 55+ neighborhood. The community boasts direct golf access and a pool and hot tub.

A private patio furnished with alfresco dining and an electric grill is available for quiet enjoyment. When you want to still enjoy the views but take a break from the sun, the home boasts a 340 sq ft sunroom.

Ideal for a long-term stay (30-night minimum), this condo features a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi for remote work or online school. The open layout has comfortable furnishings, central air-conditioning, and ample natural lighting. The living room offers a cozy spot for morning newscasts and evening movie viewings, while the classic kitchen has all of the essentials for preparing meals.

Sizable and well-decorated, the bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms, personal TVs, and high-quality linens.

With its ideal location in Mesa, attractions like the Mesa Arts Center, the Arizona Museum of Natural History, the Desert Botanical Garden, Sloan Park, the Superstition Springs Center, and Riverview Park are all within quick driving distance.
