Locked me out for daring to go to my car for 60 seconds to get a cupcake at 11pm. Then, called the cops on me for nothing more than asking to get into my room. And I had ID. Absolute worst nightmare. Told me "You will get into your room to get your stuff when the cops get here." Told me " I don't have to tell you what eule you violated or ahow you where it says you can't latch your door for 60 seconds." You get kicked off our property by cops after waiting 2h for them to arrive. Ultimate power trip by the little asian woman owner who played up how short she was while I silently watched her tell a 911 operator how victimized she was. Of course Expedia didn't refund my money either or fight for their tennet. Best $70 I ever spent though because I learned real fast who to trust and it ain't Expedia or this hotel. Hope you give this cop-caller your money. She deserves to be rich and famous in proportion to her twin ball sacs of bitchiness and ego she lugs around.

This property is conveniently located in North Phoenix and is not far from most of the popular places. The Costco is only .5 mile from it and even though it's close to freeway, there was no noise inside. I stayed 2 nights and happy with my stay.

I was staying at this hotel because of its close proximity to the medical facility I was starting my chemotherapy treatment at. I was woken up just about an hour after I returned back to the hotel from my treatment by hotel Management telling us that they smell the chemical burning in our room and demanded that we leave and we had 30 minutes to do so. They had no proof they had no facts they had nothing other than a smell in the hallway. I had just gotten back from getting chemotherapy to be demanded to leave and only given 30 minutes and they did not refund my money nor are they going to. Somehow someway I'm going to demand our money back and make them pay for what they did to us which made me sicker mind you
