- Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional $65 per night and takes 2 to 3 days to heat so please request with your inquiry. It is heated to 85°F and must be heated for a minimum of 3 days. The pool can not be heated when the outside low temperature is below 55°F (Generally from November to March)
- The pool is fenced but please be mindful of children
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use
- Please be aware that rattlesnakes and other wildlife may inhabit this area, and it is important to stay aware of your surroundings

- 30+ days prior to arrival date:  100% Refund
- 14-29 days prior to arrival date:  50% Refund
- 14 days or less prior to arrival date:  No Refund, minus cleaning fee if applicable
