Desert Tranquility – Nestled in Sun City West, this inviting home features a screened patio perfect for enjoying drinks, a fenced yard with shaded arbor and gas grill, and flourishing fruit trees for a touch of nature.

Inside, you’ll find two dining areas, two living spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. Watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV in the main living room, stay connected with free Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of a private washer/dryer. Safety and ease are prioritized with shower handrails and a private garage. Adult guests (55+) only.

Rec. Cards are available for purchase after a booking is made. Each Card is $110 (Additional Fee) per person valid for 30 Days. An additional person can be added to each card for $6/day. Payment information and forms will be provided after booking process is complete.
