  • Simply Stunning views from this resort style back yard. This beautiful vacation home is in the Prestigious Arrowhead Lake Community on the LAKE. Offering a sparkling heated private pool (no extra charge for heated pool) private dock, pedal boat, I can’t imagine a better place to spend my days and evenings.
    THE PROPERTY
    This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a king size bed, flat screen tv, in the master suite, with a spa style bathroom. There is a jetted tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are nicely appointed with queen size beds and flat screen tv’s. The second bathroom has a stand up shower.
    The bright beautiful open floor plan has views of the lake from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. There is lots of seating in the family room and living room with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. A great space to prepare dinners to enjoy in your dining room or chose to dine el fresco with the sunset and lake views. Meals shared with families and friends is where great memories are made.
    THE LOCATION
    It’s all in the location and this home couldn't get any better with super easy access to Spring Training in Peoria at the Sports Complex, Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson Car Auction, TPC Scottsdale golf course host of the Phoenix Open as well as State Farm Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals, Coyote's Hockey Arena and Lake Pleasant Marina. This is just a few of the attraction close at hand. With the home being conveniently located near the 101 freeway it is super easy to access the entire Phoenix area. Westgate and Arrowhead Malls are simply less than 15 minutes away. Plus, there is many restaurants and grocery stores minutes away. There are many golf courses nearby with Arrowhead’s Legends Golf Course 5 minutes away. Thunderbird Mountain Conservation Area is 5-minutes from the home and is great for hiking and biking. There is a neighborhood park with a playground, sand volleyball court and basketball court, only a 2 minute walk away.

Its rare to find water front in AZ. The pool was very nice and the kitchen and room layout worked really well. We came for a graduation and got some beautiful pictures in the back yard.

We were last minute booking and were extremely pleased with everything. We didn’t use the pool nor outdoor grill, but it appeared to be very nice. Nice towels. Spices, coffee and waters were on hand along with paper products. Our host was informative.

The house was great! We really enjoyed laying by the pool and being by the lake. Took the paddle boat out for a spin and fished off the dock. Often couldn’t believe we were in Arizona when we were there, it felt too tropical. The location was really convenient. Would stay there again for sure. The host was very responsive when we had a question.

This house was perfect for our stay in Glendale. The host was very easy to communicate with. The pool was kept at a comfortable temperature and the views of the lake were great. The fresh fruit trees were also a nice feature on the property. We would stay here again.

Truly enjoyed our stay here! The lakefront, heated pool and easy location were our favorites. Just the right amount of space for everyone. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed, plus some! Gotta love added privacy and watching birds on the lake with your morning coffee. Appreciated how things were labeled and all communication was very clear and upfront. Very small minor items could use some TLC, but I read in another review that a remodel is planned for June 2026. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!

The host was very gracious when I had an issue with the entry, especially since it was the middle of the night and the error was mine.The home was perfectly located for our needs and in very good condition. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool, but enjoyed visiting in the outdoor space.We would be happy to stay at this property again and to recommend it to anyone traveling to Glendale.

Nice stay with the family

The house was very nice and had everything you could possibly need - the fishing was the big hit - it was a well stocked lake. Loved the scenery of the lake and the ducks and the awesome Phoenix sunsets!

We would definitely stay here again! Everything was well represented in the description and photos. We loved everything from the swimming pool, paddling around the lake, and cooking dinner. This is a great location for dining and shopping. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great getaway home

This was a very relaxing place to stay. Our family enjoyed an extended getaway here for Christmas break. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the citrus off the trees and the heated pool. Jane was a great host. We will stay here again!

Jane was fantastic, she welcomed us when we arrived. Janes house was great. It had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. We spent a lot of time on the patio as well as swimming in the wonderful heated pool. The location was great, getting around was easy. All of Janes instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had a 5 star stay, spending a lot of family time and just catching up. I even caught a bunch of nice bass. I would highly recommend Jane's house, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Home

This home is so comfortable and clean. We spent most of the day in the pool which was warm and inviting. This was our first time renting a house vs hotel room and will rent this home again for the entire family to experience.

Wonderful location

Amazing back yard after a stressful day at work. Everything is provided to enjoy a relaxing evening swimming, boating or fishing. Large beautiful home in an upscale neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Nice views of the mountains nearby and plenty of choices for golf in close proximity. Host was easy to work with and had wonderful communication.

2nd time was just as good as the 1st!

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this home, and it will certainly not be the last. The location is great, easy access to the 101 loop that can easily get us around the city. Our favorite is the backyard, being on the water, able to do a little fishing and enjoy the sunsets. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful location, beautiful home, wonderful pool

We stayed at this house for a week. It was myself, my husband, and our two children under the age of eight. We enjoyed the pool, the paddleboat, and all the amenities of the home. The host was extremely responsive. We would definitely stay in this house again. It was warm, clean, and a real delight to stay in.

Relaxing in Phoenix

We were seeking a nice place to relax & play while visiting our son, his wife and our 1st born Grandchild. Boy we hit the Jackpot. A very spacious 3 bedroom home with two sitting areas, pool, barbecue facilities, gourmet kitchen. Needless to say, we had a Great time.
